I would assume that Amazon, etc, are all closely tied to them and do not like Netflix producing anything that goes against the established powers - same way that you could view the pushback against Trump as a reaction by the established power
I won't be impressed by how enlightened they are until we confirm that the solution they present isn't more government. More likely, that is the purpose of this propaganda.
If their solution is get off the algo and ads, VPNs, adblockers, and pay online services with no advertising then we can be friends. Then I'll be impressed that a monster corp like netflix produced something truthful.

That tree is a tough one although, but you might be able to find a spot. Watch out for dead/bad branches!

Paracord and a small throw bag or weight. Once the throw bag is over the branch and the bag back is on the ground, tie an alpine butterfly in the middle of the paracord, attach the node to it, then pull it up into the tree. The federal income tax represents (off the top of my head) $2 trillion dollars that need to be replaced. Tariffs would have to go up to an average of 60+% across the board (currently average is 2-3%), but that same thing would cause imports to decrease by a similar magnitude, so with tariffs only, they'd be 60% short of those $2 T(and we're not even going into the political consequences internationally of enacting such tariffs, which would probably cause a major war).
So, unless Trump has a plan to make the government REALLY lean (not simply a cosmetic reduction in IRS personnel that wouldn't even put a dent on those $1.3-ish T), there is not a chance that he can implement this, even if he wants and really tries.
Well, yes, of course: I guess he could print those missing $1.3 T... every year...

You can also install marketplace as an extension :CocInstall coc-marketplace .. it is just a fancier way to search coc extensions ..
Once you have the plugin installed .. :PlugInstall in my case with vim-plug - then you can install other coc-extensions .. for example :cocInstall coc-ltex for language tools .. there are tons of them which you can see at the market place ..

Have you tried some of the local ai plugins for neovim? You can specify the model and then maybe use it to help with editing? I'm sure it's not as smooth as whatever magical Mac thing OP is referencing.
It does need node js but it is super fast .. almost as good as native vim plugins ( if not faster ) .. and no dependence on GUI ..
They have sample config in readme file .. works on both nvim and vim ..

LanguageTool, you mean? I constantly use it, though I've now lost the native MacOS app. The Firefox extension works very smoothly.
I use markdown extension on chrome to see md files written in vim - if I have to !
As for writing docs .. #mdbook is my go to .. with mdbook I can serve the book to localhost which is pretty nice to review the work ..
On vim plug-ins .. my fav is coc-vim .. it has everything - spell checkers and language tool for grammar .. and most of the code analyzers too ..just in case you wanna review code ..
But the primary reason , I stick to vim is it is great in terminal .. firing up GUI on my old desktop makes it super sluggish :-) And my laptop always stays in back pack :-)

My main problem with such an editor would be that I wouldn't bother writing for example this nostr reply in a different tool. I'd want it integrated in the browser with it having access to the full context. Then, the possibilities would be endless.
