Switzerland is the result of the careful blending of capitalism and communism, i.e. a bureaucratic, corpocratic kakistocracy.
In Switzerland companies are **allowed** to *internally* use text and images from newspapers, books and websites. But in return there exists ProLitteris, a non-government government organisation, that forcefully collects data from swiss companies and sends them obligatory bills.
Instead of the filled-out form, I will send ProLitteris an invoice for my open source projects, which ProLitteris is **allowed** to use.

The system is based on subversion. Votings are binding, but everything is a question of definition and the meaning of language. If media matrix (mass media) tells the citizen that everything is fine, then everything is fine, even if the house is burning.
Quick example how they ignore the votings:

Creating a successful FOSS CMS alternative has to be one of the hardest challenges to exist. You have four types of users:
1. Wordpress Maxis - As long as the majority uses Wordpress, they gonna stay with Wordpress.
2. The Wordpress-Fatigued - They learned to hate website creation and don't wanna touch it ever again.
3. The lazy, but Open-Minded - Will ask ChatGPT to build their website.
4. The true artists - Rather code their website from scratch.
So your target audience are the very few people left, who see the potential in what you are creating, which gonna mute you once you start talking about anarchism, freedom of speech and politics 😂.

Lets image a world, where the main feed would not be sorted by creation date, but by the time the client received the note. If the client doesn't have to list the notes by creation date, the client gains the ability to schedule retrieval of new notes, basically setting up short-term subscriptions for X relays, then e.g. 1 minute later for Y relays, then for Z and so on. This could be a tactic to avoid having 100ths of parallel open sockets.
What would be the tradeoff from a UX perspective? You loose the ability to know where to find the most recently created notes, but does that actually matter? You gonna miss out on most notes anyways, unless you are a 24/7 doom scroller 😁.
The other tradeoff coming to mind would be if you wanna read the replies on a note, you have to wait until the client went through all relays... Unless we find a way to somehow tell the client where to look for the replies of a specific note 🤔.

1. Justifying your arguments logic with some arbitrary statist rules, doesn't contradict the logic of my arguments. Meaning both of your and my arguments can be logical, and we still can come to different results. That doesn't change the fact that legitimacy is irrelevant in our discussion. If you want big brother certified legitimacy, I'd recommend state propaganda tv stations 😅.
2. Logic has nothing to do with inalienable rights. If inalienable rights were coupled to logic, you could just change the parameters of said logic to take away inalianable rights - which by itself is completely illogical. The point of inalienable rights is that they are inalienable.
3. If an autocrat defines a rule: "if hospital crisis - > then no inalienable rights for the sheeps", then its ofc completely "logical" to take away inalienable rights based on that rule, sure, but that rule itself is completely arbitrary and implementing it is a political decision, not a logical one. Thinking that its fine to take away inalienable rights because of some arbitrary logic, arbitrarily defined by arbitrary experts, payed by the same businesses (pharma) which make profit from said arbitrary logic, yeah sure thats all very logical, but also arbitrary, corrupt, opportunistic, tyrannic, technocratic and anti-humanistic.
4. Hospital bed counts were reduced during the "crisis". Some hospitals even were closed. Statistics were manipulated to get results showing a "crisis". The health care system is broken by design and that since a long time, way before Covid, nobody cared / cares to fix it. Logically coupling the stability of a broken health system to inalienable rights, is a very effective method for autocrats to take away inalienable rights, whenever they want.
But whatever, have fun in your "(ideo)logical" brave new world 🤷‍♀️...

During the most radical months, you couldn't even go to a restaurant toilet if you didnt follow the totalitarian test/jab regime in Switzerland. Restaurants which allowed untested/unjabbed visitors were blocked off by the police. Switzerland had far from a "liberal" regime and media during the plandemic.

Have been fighting with this illness called phantosmia since over ten years, so for a third of my entire life. But instead of it getting better, it got worse and keeps getting worse. This morning alone I already had 7ish phantosmia disturbances and everytime I have to interrupt my work and lay down. Mind you, this is a "good" day, on bad days I have to stay in the bed for the entire day because its that bad. And 2025 so far has had lots of bad days. Meanwhile both of my parents had cancer and mom has it again. Lastly it looks like there's already another healthproblem on the horizon for me . Being unable to work like normal first world country slaves, living in a society that does not appreciate open source projects, and denying help from big brother, is a recipe for disaster.

So Codeberg just decided to interpret a stupid, annoying, two-worded spam attack as a far-right attack against their far-left values and Codeberg takes this as a chance to promote a "fight against right-wing forces" (words cited from their blog post https://archive.ph/bvBt0 )
I thought by hosting my projects on Codeberg instead of Github I would support independence and free-speech. But since Codeberg now clearly shows that they are against free-speech, I need to adapt. My projects (especially Nitropage) primary goal is about free-speech and I don't wanna risk Codeberg activists shutting up my repositories, because of right-wing political content published with Nitropage.

Great talk on the ethics behind libertarianism/anarchism! One often forgotten thing I was hoping would be mentioned is the fundamental question of "What is property?".
Capitalist libertarians tend to assume that there is a simple transaction behind all property, e.g. "I buy a piece of land, so now the land is mine".
But who gave that plot of land to the very first "owner"? Nobody. Everything started without a transaction. Neither did the original "owner" have a god given right for said property, nor does anyone who buyed it from him, or from future "owners". That whole historical chain of transactions is based on a lie. Truth is that the original owners "owned" it because they were able to defend it with force, or take it away from other humans with force.
Property is fundamentally not based on transactions, but on respect. If there is no respect, there cannot be property.
This also answers the question from the video regarding a land-owner denying access to water on their "property". In that moment they loose all respect and most likely will have to use force to gain it back. The starving human being, on the other hand, has every right to fight for a sip of water.

True regarding the type of disability.
Regarding the second part I would say it is "pretty rare" that I see a successful business managed by a disabled human 🙈.
But with the original notes "not being able to socialize" in mind: lets say you are so lucky to be able to create value for others as a disabled human, then they still will not notice/find it, because of the missing social component. In what ever shape or form, it seems you most likely are depending on others if you are disabled 🤔.

My mom recently told me to be brave. So I guess I gonna be brave once more and tell you guys about my situation. I am currently lying on my bed with my head rotated down to the floor like 90 degrees. I have to do this to get rid of phantosmia seizures. The phantosmia is following me around since >10 years, for almost every day.
Phantosmia means that you smell horrible, unreal smells. Remember the joker movie, where he has no control over his laughing? Thats me but I have it with smelling. The wrong smelling is so bad that it completely drowns you. During such a seizure you cannot think a clear thought and every word you say also unleashes more horrible smells in your nose, that only yourself can notice. So the only thing that you wanna do is to stop talking, hide in your room and lie down.
During good days I can get the seizures away in a couple seconds or minutes, during bad days I need to lie down 30 minutes, again and again and during horrible days I have to stay in the bed for the whole day. Every day when I wake up can be such a horrible day, I only know it when the seizures begin. So I cannot plan anything in my life and constantly need to shift everything I do. Every action that I take can be broken by a seizure and i am not allowed to feel anticipation for anything, as the phantosmia likely is gonna take it away from me.
The phantosmia seizure just starts whenever it likes to, but it also can be triggered by certain head movements, breathing, talking, singing, coughing, sneezing, smelling strong smells and smelling smoke.
And don't get me started about eating food, I have to wear a nose clip, like some sweaty swimmer, so that the food doesn't taste weird as if it grew at the other dimension of Stranger Things.
But when I go out into society, people think that I am just a "normal", healthy person. From the outside I just don't look like the ticking time bomb I am. And I cannot expect any help from people, as there isn't any way to help. People cannot picture how disabling Phantosmia really is and not being able to help makes them uneasy, so they rather distract themselves with something else.
So I prefer to just stay in my room and work on something.
Couple years ago, during the Covid plandemic, I switched from a day job to full self employment. My hope was that a less stressful environment would help me to become healthy and I always wanted to be self employed anyway. Sadly neither the more peaceful environment, nor countless other healing attempts have solved the phantosmia, instead it got worse as time moved on.
In this time most projects involving other human beings, went as you might expect. Todays humans want to set their deadlines, however they want, whenever they want. Either because of their own narcism, or because they don't have the backbone to face the investors with reality. Whatever it is, they don't respect your limitations and working your ass of is not good enough, they wanna have full control over you. At the very end you are just a resource to them, a tame workhorse or just another roadblock in their way.
So I never made enough money to balance out the costs of living in a first world bureaucracy and I lived from my savings from my previous employments and still am living from those savings.
Even though I am ill - disabled if you ask me - I don't take any money from the state - as it imho is stolen money. Instead people who think that I am worthy to live can voluntarily donate for my open source web development work (nitropage.com) or team up with me - if they have the necessary patience with me and my nose.
My vision behind Nitropage is to create a fully open source, self-hosted visual website builder featuring 80-90% of the functionality needed for single person - small business websites. The goal isn't to have all features one can think of, but to have all essentials without installing countless plugins as in e.g Wordpress. My dream is that it will even have a built-in shop accepting crypto-currencies by default, so that anyone can start a small business, without relying on any other business - except maybe their hoster, if they don't wanna self host it 😉.
I thought about this for a very long time, and the recent battles in the Wordpress ecosystem confirmed my feelings. So one key difference between Nitropage and many other CMS's is that Nitropage never will have an official hosting service. That is because such a service creates a business incentive to snarl the self-hostability and to lock away features behind a premium plan.
Same goes for plugins, Nitropage will not have them. All features must go directly into the core. If the Nitropage Shop ever will become reality, it wont follow Automattics WooCommerce business strategy to convert foss users into paying, locked-in customers. Instead it will be a core feature of Nitropage, for everybody. Nitropage shall not only be an anchor for freedom of speech, but also for the freedom to grow.
But all of this is mostly a dream and as it is looking right now it wont happen in this era. Not only do most humans - sadly including freedom activists - rather give their money to non-foss companies like Wix, Squarespace or e.g. OnePage, than to an ill little human with a dream, but they are even too lazy to click on the damned like button.
I can dream of a bridge and build it, but I cannot build it out of thin air and my own brick reserve is depleting quickly. If you are reading this and wanna be part of the dream, atleast consider boosting. Thank you for reading all of this!

TLDR: You have to first give the system money, before you can save money.

Statists are definitely not dumb, I hope i havent said that somewhere 😅. The note below regarding normies is here highly related I think. Statism is very efficient and grows from the combined wish to both be in control and yet to never feel responsible.
Anarchism definitely is a vacuum of power that opportunists like to fill. Now the question is: is this a human reality that never will change, imho rendering humans evil by design, or can humans change and overcome their lust for the throne. Its a question about believe. Personally I wanna believe that humans can evolve and thats why I try to share the altruist anarchist spirit 🙂.

I would say ~free as nature~, without a "but", without that usual etatist "freedom is granted by the authority" double think bullshit. In anarchy the throne is not only empty, it doesn't even exist.
A society leaves anarchism as soon as it is controlled by authority, by will or by force. The authority can be a mafia, cult, church, company, state or whatever else etatists call it these days 😂.
