An easy way to explain how inflation slowly sucks away at your wealth and health?
My wage 2019 £40,000.
One of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, a 300g grass fed & finished beef fillet steak from my local farmer is £13.
I can buy 3,077 steaks (before tax)
My wage 2023 £44,000. Great I'm richer on paper by 10%.
But wait the price of 300g grass fed & finished beef fillet steak at my local farmers is now £19.50, a 50% increase.
I can now only buy 2256 steaks. My purchasing power has declined by 27%.
Inflation insidiously steals your money slowly nudging you towards cheap nutrient sparse Industrial slop.

I've only been on #Nostr for a couple of weeks, already enjoying not being controlled by the algorithm pushing people and debates my way.
Going to start producing some more health related content over the next few weeks.
Looking forward to be able to share my own words, website links etc without the possibility of being shadowbanned or having reduced views.
I now control the input and the output.

Animal food at the bottom of the pyramid which must include lots of seafood and some organs. Seasonally appropriate fruit & veg. Dairy, Eggs. Other foods e.g. Grains prepared in the appropriate way.
So many other factors tend to be overlooked by the carnivore crowd.
Light Environment, Sun exposure, Glyphosate/Pesticide usage on these crops, nnEMFs etc. Carnivore is not the answer for all problems.
You only have to look in some carnivore forums to see many people not doing so well, not losing weight, still diabetic. the answer is usually carnivore harder.
I think carnivore can be a great intervention especially for those with gut or autoimmune issues. I did carnivore for about 2 months to support my wife who had some gut issues. I did feel good but missed other non meat based foods. Carnivore is certainly not required to thrive but certainly can help.
