Gm be blessed. This week has kicked the tar out of me so far but it's going to be okay. Work has been rough, about to paint the house and having a weird pressure problem with the plumbing that I'm trying to work through.
I am learning new things, improving my knowledge base on things I already knew about, improving my processes in getting work done, getting ready for a garage sale, found a guy who welds aluminum to fix my boat, going to try and get the hydro system cleaned up rebuilt and try again.
God has blessed my family and myself with the ability to do these things, learn and work through the struggles. I'm vertical and breathing today so, life is good.

Y'all strap in it gets better. My oldest just turned 8 and other 5. They have been so much fun to watch learn and grow. It's cool seeing them mature mentally and problem solve, challenge themselves etc. not looking forward to the teenage years but working on that solid foundation now.

I'm going to work on putting together some information to share with y'all from what the Bitcoin Veterans community is doing in ETC and WNC.
It's been really cool to see what they're accomplishing there and the skillsets that have been getting put to good use. There are vets, active duty taking leave and National Guard working with civilians. @nprofile…urtf is working to coordinate assets and just force multiply and help the effectiveness in those communities.

Gm these guys are doing really solid work in NC and TN area. They are coordinating civilian and mil aircraft to drop points, dropping supplies from food and water to chainsaw chains, propane, generators I think I read yesterday they were donating extra their own extra LoRa radios and other radios, and starlink kits to help with reestablishment of comms in the region. They have been working to coordinate assets, and each assets that need assistance. They've been working to get to the deeper difficult to reach areas to assist.
Please if you have some extra to help them out drop some sats or cash their way. They are running off their own funds and are getting a lot of shit done.

#31days I've been slacking. Today I tried to make up for it with 40flights of stairs, 40 pull ups, 40 leg lifts and 80 burpees. Each flight of steps was a pull up into leg lift into 2 burpees. I was planning on hitting 50 but my vision started to get a little blurry. Figured it was a good sign to stop, and my wife pointed out that my eyes were becoming blood shot sooo...... I may take it easier tomorrow. hit 11834 steps so far and will total 52 flights of stairs when I head up to bed tonight.
