If you ever gave someone access to your nsec you should consider it compromised. That’s especially hard for brands to deal with, because you can’t just hire someone to manage your company profile. Even if you trust them (and you shouldn’t) one careless mistake could leak it and you’d never even know.

Depends on how you post it. You can get a premium account on @npub1nxy…avr7 or @npub12vk…pugg and upload longer videos, but you might just want to cut them down. Also, if you pre-compress them using something like Adobe Media Encoder (the Twitter 720p preset is good) you can probably still upload them using the free account level, though I still recommend upgrading because you get more features.
