Just one thing that might not work long term. If everything is priced in BTC (sats) eventually, what will incentivise companies to reduce their prices as fast as Bitcoin gain value? Like now they want to increase price to not loose money or to make more money, then they will try to keep as long as possible the price in sats before reducing it, for very competitive markets where it's easy to move to competition, that will works but for market with low competition and high friction to change, like real estate rental, people might be trapped paying the same amount of sats for years while it's getting hardet and harder to earn them.
Any tough about that?

Levis turned to bad quality, I destroyed 3 pairs in a couple of years. I swirched to Jack&Jones ones which are good quality for the price, they last me 2-3 years so far and still in good shape.
Still not as good as jeans from 20-30 years ago I guess.

Ok, sorry if I misunderstood. I was in Plan₿ conference and a panel including Adam Back start praising MicroStrategy as a better investment than BTC, I had to get out before I 🤮.
For me the only positive from Saylor is that he is a good source for meme creator, but I'm still thinking that he is a risk for the whole Bitcoin ecosystem.

MicroStrategy is not great, it's dangerous. The first payout will arrive next year, if everything is fine, people will choose the stock, stock will be dilluted, profit will be reduce, some will sell to get out at profit, price will take a hit, more will sell, if anywhere around this Bitcoin take a hit, like -50 or -70% which is perfectly possible after next top that could end up quite high next year, you will get a kind of bank run out of MSTR which could collapse the whole strategy.
Everything could be fine as well and people would outperform Bitcoin in the short or mid term but this thing cannot go up forever Laura.

If only a fraction of all bitcoin holder would pay for something in bitcoin at least once per month, this would push Bitcoin adoption years ahead.
But no, most of them will continue to use their credit c ard, not asking if they can pay in bitcoin at small merchant and not even thinking about paying in bitcoin even when they know that it's accepted.
Once this will change, no-bitcoiners will follow naturally.

I'm not technical enough to full understand the mechanics but it seams much easier to implement send to silent address than generating and receiving to silent address.

This make me crazy as well, in Bitcoin meetup people paying in Bitcoin are still very low and we have no capital gain tax, so nothing to report if you spend and buy back.
Same speach, always, "why spend my BTC if it should worth more tomorrow?" Why I answer: "If you have the cash to pay, you have the cash to buy more Bitcoin, if you really believe it will be worth more tomorrow, buy at least as much as you spend, buy 1.2, 1.5, 2 times more of possible, when price is going down 2-3% or more, buy in advance for your next spend. Using your Bitcoin will only make it even more valuable in the long term."
On the other end, merchants who are serious about it should offer some discount, cards cost a lot, like 4-6% minimum, cash cost as well, you must maintain change, spend to keep the cash safe between 2 working days, insure the risk of thief... A merchant accepting Bitcoin without 5 to 10% discount is not serious about pushing Bitcoin usage.

I didn't test as many as you did but I agree they all have flow in a way or another. For me Amethyst is one of the closer with only notification not working (both play version with play service installed and foss version with UnifedPush). It is also not working well with Amber for signing, I had to import my nsec directly.
Primal have issues with zap to certain address. Probably other issues I didn't use it much.
0Xchat (not on your list) messed up with my relay and/or block list somehow. And some private message and public chat were not always sent or visible when sent from another client with same account. Better to use it with a dedicated nsec. The cashu wallet didn't work with my own mint, the sats were sent to the mint but never show up in 0Xchat wallet. However it was giving timely notifications (even for zap and replay, not the main purpose of the app).
Web app I almost never use as everyone I tried was miles away from apps experiences.

I tried #OXchat and it looks cool, but I used my main nostr nsec, now have many connection request and I can either add contact or block.
I also get notification for reply of message posted from an other app that are not visible in OXchat.
And I'm not talking about warning and missing message and private chat the I do from both app.

What about each message cost some sats that are returned after x time if the message was not marked as spam. If maked as spam, it's burned or donated to dev or whatever is not pushing users to mark a legitime message as spam.
Real spam would be way to costly to be interesing and will stop by nature.

As a Swiss (who never got a serious fine thus) I might bring clarification. What you refer to are what we call "day-fine" but official name is "pecuniary penalty". These are not decided by the police and not just sent home with an invoice. It happens only for serious crime and infraction. You will get to the court and the judge will define a number days you get fined (between 3 and 180 for all infractions and up to 500 for important fraud or money laundring). Then the justice require an extract of tax report and define the cost per day-fine (between 30 and 3000 CHF more or less same in USD).
If the person don't or can't pay, it will be converted in prison time (not a 1-to-1 rate).
For speeding, this could happen if you over speed more than twice the limit (more or less) outside highway and 80km/h above on highway, which mean starting at 200km/h on section with the highest speed limit of 120km/h, after all margins and uncertainties deduced, so you must be like 210km/h on your speed-o-meter to reach this. Which is already quite crazy (if you are not from Germany).
Morality, if you want speed like crazy, go to German, no fine on unlimied sections.

Got robbed once. Only some valuable aruff were taken, fitting in a big backpack I guess (a bag pack was even stolen, probably to store the stolen stuff). Insurance covered everything, but I end up buying back for half of this amount.
Sometimes I'm wondering what I would miss if my entire place burn down completely. Probably not much. Could even be a relief somehow.

Amber was getting super annoying, every click you do on Amethyst popup Amber for approval, even with the option to allow basic actions enabled, I gave up and enter my nsec in Amethyst again.
By the way, @nprofile…pyug, I figured out that my reactions and zap settings were lost by changing the accounts. Is there any way to save it? At least the reactions and zap amounts, if I need to reconnect my wallet fine, that's for security but the rest is really not critical.

Ok, I understand your point. Luckily I'm not in US so Phoenix is still one of the best option with Breez. Both, as well as Mutiny, are self-custodial, so nobody will get rug what ever happen. There is always the possibility to close all channels and send funds to an on-chain address, even if it could get more or less tricky in some cases, like you mention for Zeus.
I didn't test Alby Hub, it looks like similar to a self-hosted BlueWallet LndHub with some more functionality but nothing that cannot be done with LNbits already. I will definitely give a try on my node anyway. In any case it's already advanced use cases and if you create account for your friends on your Alby Hub, it's basically like if you create account for them on your BTCPay Server, LNbits, LndHub or eCash mint, same responsabilites to have them updated and on top your must ensure you don't fuck up with your node and loose some or all the sats there, yours and theirs.
While I attend meetup, I still recommend testing Lightning first with some sats, up to 10-20$ worth max, with WalletOfSatoshi, then move to Phoenix for normal user or Breez for merchants (PoS with boltcard support), finally when ready they can move to Zeus, Sparrow, hardware wallet or eventually running a node if they feel to, at least to connect their wallet for self-checking on-chain data.
It's a journey, everyone will do it differently, some will be confortable doing Uncle Jim's bank, some won't, but it's better to do something for adoption, than just sit and wait.

Your definition of Uncle Jim's bank is not correct. Helping a friend to use BlueWallet, Zeus, Breez or Phoenix is not really risky, they will just be a user of these app.
However if you create accounts for them on your node, Lnbits, BTCPay or a Cashu mint, then you are the bank and have great responsabilities.

BITCOIN - You're fucked if you loose your key.
CBDC - Can call your banker if you loose your password.
Maybe the only advantage and in case you get hacked by social engineering it's even another disadvantage.
Also fee can be highly variable on Bitcoin but are most likely fixed (or zero?) on CBDC.
I still think Bitcoin is superior but we should be fare when doing a comparison and work on solving the weakness. Lightning + multisign with miniscript backup key might be one of the possible solution.

Sometimes I miss big nightclub with my favorite DJs. But as I get old, they get even older and most of them retire or are just touring exotic places and huge festivals. While nightclubs get new headliners I never heard about.
When I get to parties I'm having hard time to find good electronic music I love, but when I do it's magical.
Last year I saw Eric Prydz at a festival, it was amazing, but festival vibe is really not the same, and he palyed just 1 hour, not a single minute extra 😥.

Check Liana wallet UI, they display the amount in sats with the 0,00... grayed-out in front of it, so you have both bitcoin and sats in one view.

Which app are you using that get stuck at installing? And how often do you intsall new app that it's bothering you?
Updates can be done all at once without validation, just run it when you charge your phone and don't need it for the next 5min.
The only app I feel super slow is @nprofile…707c but I don't think it has anything to do with GrapheneOS.

I use the "order as guest" option whenever there is one, except for a few shops that I regularly order from and want to have order history for warranty and so on, accessible on an account.
But yes most occasional or digital only purchase require nothing more than a Lightning invoice to pay.

This is probably the most important and I would add:
fast finality. You must be sure within a few seconds (30s max) that the payment is either confirm or cancelled.
It happened to me twice that my boltcard didn't confirm the payment on the PoS until the 60s time out (way too long), then a new invoice was generated and paid with another waller (Phoenix, Breez, WoS...) then 10min later the inital invoice was paid.
This should never happen or at least there should be automatic refund.

Yes same for me, I use Fork Client and uploading a simple picture was extremly slow. They are scanning the hell out of everything we post there. I didn't like Telegram in the first place but somehow most Bitcoin meetup are organizising there and even support for some Bitcoin apps are only (mostly) there.
I really wish this will trigger some migration to nostr and SimpleX, or at least Matrix but please, please, no Discord, I hate it so much, beside its centralization and closed source it's the most confusing app I ever used.
