No it doesn't. The way to send the message is to NOT VOTE in the Presidential election since your vote will always be outweighed by states where votes aren't counted. If you live in a state where votes are counted, you might want to vote for governor or congressman or something where your vote does count, but you should signal that you're aware the Presidential election is a sham by not casting a meaningful vote on that part of the ballot.

The biggest debt isn't counted financially though.

If you make sure your phone has video output over USB, you can plug it into one of those docks with HDMI and a USB keyboard+mouse to use it like a computer. If you're switching soon, here's a tip you might not hear: it's pretty important to make sure you get a Snapdragon chip right now. Browser extension might be the best bet because it relies on the same browser across every system to handle securely isolating the key from the web apps. It doesn't have to ask the system to make a connection between two apps with special security rules on storage access etc.
For desktop apps it would be hard to program for how many different ways people can have their system set up compared to a bunch of similar web browsers or Android phones.
