【#两警察私带警用装备跨省抓人索财#，民营企业家跳车报警】11月20日，浙江省人民检察院召开新闻发布会，通报今年以来全省“检察护企”专项行动开展工作情况，并发布一批典型案例。澎湃新闻在会上注意到一起趋利性执法司法的典型案例：杨某某、占某某滥用职权案。
2023年5月下旬起，外省某县公安局民警杨某某、协警占某某为谋取个人非法利益，私自携带警服、手铐、执法记录仪等警用装备驾驶车辆前往浙江、江苏等地，意图以帮忙处理案件为由向企业家索取财物。同年6月11日，杨某某、占某某根据事先查询的信息，以配合公安机关调查案件为由，将企业家沈某从江苏吴江家中带走。在车辆行驶途中，杨某某暗示沈某可以帮忙处理案件并索要财物。后沈某乘二人不备在浙江湖州德清县境内跳车逃跑并报警。
公安机关接警后以涉嫌招摇撞骗罪对杨某某、占某某立案侦查，调查发现二人具有司法工作人员身份，无法以上述罪名继续侦办，案件陷入僵局。德清县检察院主动提前介入，审查认为二人可能涉嫌检察机关侦查管辖的滥用职权罪，将线索报送湖州市检察院。湖州市检察院经研判果断立案侦查，前往外省某县公安局，调取杨某某、占某某身份信息，确认二人系司法工作人员，并固定了二人违规使用公安系统查询公民个人信息的证据材料。通过详细询问相关人员、调取报案记录、监控视频，明确杨某某、占某某以公安人员身份将沈某带走并非法控制的基本犯罪事实。检方还前往被害人沈某所在地公安机关以及行业协会，对该案产生的社会影响进行取证，进一步夯实二人行为造成恶劣社会影响的证明材料，为指控杨某某、占某某构成滥用职权罪奠定扎实基础。
占某某在侦查阶段对其行为性质有不同辩解，检察官通过法律分析和司法政策解读，使其充分认识到自己行为的刑事违法性，最终转变对抗态度，自愿认罪认罚。德清县检察院以杨某某、占某某涉嫌滥用职权罪向县法院提起公诉，法院采纳检察机关起诉意见，对二人分别判处有期徒刑八个月、有期徒刑七个月，二人均未上诉。
据介绍，沈某对湖州市检察机关依法从严打击涉民营企业的犯罪行为表示感谢，并向湖州市委主要领导寄送感谢信。此外，湖州市、德清县两级检察院还派员前往被害人沈某企业，了解公司的经营状况，提供法律咨询服务，联合公安机关向沈某企业所属行业协会的256名企业负责人宣讲相关法律知识，帮助企业家提高风险防范意识。
浙江省检察院在通报该案例时提及，趋利性执法司法严重损害企业产权和企业家合法权益，严重污染执法环境、影响司法公正、损害法治权威、破坏营商环境。检察机关在开展“检察护企”专项行动中，应当重点强化对趋利性执法司法问题的监督惩治，用好用足法律赋予的刑事检察、民事检察、检察侦查等各项监督办案职能，从严从快惩治司法工作人员滥用职权，侵害企业家人身财产权益的违法犯罪行为，努力提升企业和企业家安全感，提振发展信心，助力营造法治化营商环境。

有网友问我英伟达财报怎么看，我真是有一段时间没关注了。。上次财报前看多，结果财报不错，股价狂跌被骂死了。。。这次又要预测，顿感凶多吉少，但是有粉丝想听，我就把我理解的情况说说。
首先，现在英伟达的显卡集体降价了，市场需求降低是客观事实，以前都是期货，现在基本都是现货在买，价格比之前期货价格都低。无论是预训练的卡还是推理显卡都在下行。
其次，算力租赁市场的日子也不好过，大量显卡闲置，比较严重，以前都要排期，现在基本不需要。
最后，就是这个GB200迟迟没有交付，有消息说12月交付，这次财报肯定没法提现。5090系列显卡预计明年1月交付，也是一样的道理。
综上，我认为，这次财报应该是此前积压订单收益的提现，毕竟没有听说什么大厂取消订单的传闻，因此我认为应该符合英伟达上个财报的展望（毕竟是按照订单储备估计的展望），大涨可能性都不大，小跌有可能。

【#男子欺负卖花母子事件反转当事人发声#】据红星新闻报道：“成都街头一醉酒男欺负卖花母子，小男子汉想反抗被紧紧抱住……”近日，一段在成都兰桂坊的视频被网友拍下，画面中，一名黑衣男子正拉着一名疑似醉酒的白衣男子，白衣男子不停地把手上的物品丢到地下踩踏。一旁还坐着一位卖花女子，她怀中的小男孩不停呼喊。
有网友称，醉酒男子夺过小男孩的零食扔在地上使劲踩踏，朋友拉都拉不住，小朋友想反抗保护妈妈，被妈妈紧紧抱住。
真实情况是如此吗？红星新闻记者走访多地，联系上视频中的多位现场当事人，通过监控视频，还原这一幕。
根据周围商户的监控以及当事人的讲述，当天凌晨，男子先是花100元购买了小男孩的花束，然后又带孩子去附近买零食。男子提出小男孩给自己买零食之余，再给妈妈买一些。但和妈妈会合后，男子发现小男孩没有给妈妈买东西。看到小男孩的母亲眼睛不好，出于劝诫孩子孝顺母亲的初衷，才有了视频中的一幕。多名现场人员向红星新闻记者证实，男子没有恐吓母子俩，也没有动手打骂。
11月19日，记者从警方处了解到，“成都街头一醉酒男欺负卖花母子”这一消息不实。
监控还原：
醉酒男子买了小男孩的鲜花
随后又带其在附近买零食
事情发生在2024年11月18日凌晨1时许，地点在成都锦江区兰桂坊。
记者从周边商户提供的视频监控了解到，当日凌晨1点21分，小男孩独自在街面上卖花。1分钟后，小男孩向街上的白衣男子兜售鲜花，最终男子以100元的价格购买了一束鲜花。不仅如此，男子还购买了另一个卖花商户的鲜花。
男子将两束鲜花送到朋友处后，又返回和卖花小男孩会合。视频显示，凌晨1点31分，两人进入一家便利店。6分钟后两人从便利店走出来，手上都提着购物袋。
视频监控显示，凌晨1点38分，白衣男子跟随小男孩，前往小男孩母亲卖花处。男孩沿街坐在母亲旁边，白衣男子也随后坐下，将袋子里的零食一一拿出给卖花母亲。
视频中，白衣男子一直在跟卖花母亲和小男孩说话，白衣男子的朋友也在一旁。朋友想要拉白衣男子站起来，没有成功。
监控显示，在不停交谈中，朋友将其中一份零食递给了小男孩，小男孩丢在地上。白衣男子站了起来，将零食从卖花母亲手中拿走，放在地上用脚踩。随后，白衣男子不停向卖花母子说话，朋友一直拉住白衣男子，双方没有肢体接触。小男孩的母亲也对小男孩说话。
随后，白衣男子又走到卖花母子前，朋友在旁边拉住他，保安也在一旁。白衣男子不停指着地上的零食，对小男孩说话。小男孩的母亲一直紧紧搂住孩子。白衣男子将袋子里的零食都丢在地上用脚踩，保安和朋友都在对其进行劝阻。
随着围观者越来越多，另一旁的巡防队员也开始劝阻，僵持了一会后，白衣男子和朋友离开。
醉酒男子：
认为孩子对妈妈不好
承认处理方式有点激进
11月19日，红星新闻记者联系上白衣醉酒男子小李（化名），小李是外地人，几个月前才来到成都工作。
11月18日凌晨，小李和朋友到兰桂坊喝酒，喝了4瓶多啤酒后，小李在街面上透气，碰到了正在卖花的小男孩和另一个卖花商户。
“我买了另一个商户的花，也买了小男孩的花。一束100元，一束66元，那天在下雨，就觉得他们有点可怜，我是出于好心。”小李回忆，“我当时跟小孩儿说，我一会儿带你去买好吃的。”随后，小李将两束花递给了在店内的朋友小郝。
“走了50米不到，那里有个小超市，我就带小孩儿去买吃的。”小李回忆，“当时我让他自己选，买完了也给妈妈买一点。他买的全部是小零食，花了50多块钱。”
随后，小李跟随小男孩一起去与孩子妈妈会合。“当时我就问小孩儿，有没有买妈妈需要的，小孩儿说有，我把袋子里的东西都拿出来了，看到全部是薯片之类的零食，我当时就有点生气了。”
小李说，他之所以生气，“是因为他没有给妈妈买零食，都是薯片、泡椒鸡爪什么的，压根没有替她妈妈想过。”小李说，周围有商户告知他小孩要打他妈妈，他是希望“能够教育一下小朋友”。
“确实是当时处理事情的方式有点激进。”小李说，当时看到孩子妈妈的眼睛有问题，“我买零食的时候，专门提醒他给妈妈买一点，结账的时候再提醒他给妈妈买。看到这么晚了还在下雨，妈妈眼睛还不好使，就很生气，希望孩子更加体恤父母。”
小李告诉记者，丢的和踩的都是自己给小孩买的零食，“我当时说，你妈养你这么大容易不。沟通的时候他们说的方言，我也有点没听清。”
卖花女子的丈夫胡先生：
小伙子是个热心人
只是教育孩子的方式不对
11月19日，者联系上卖花女子的丈夫胡先生。对方告诉记者，这名醉酒男子确实花了100元买花，还给孩子买了零食。
事发时，胡先生并不在现场，“小伙子是热心人，他是好心。”胡先生表示，小伙子没有打母子俩，“只是小伙子教育孩子的方式不对，还是要采取更温和的方式，毕竟小孩子还在学习阶段，担心这样买了又踩烂的方式，可能会对孩子的心理健康有影响。现在看来小孩还好。”
胡先生说，小孩子平时都会体恤父母，帮父母卖花，“这点上，小朋友已经做得很好了”。
对于小孩子打妈妈的说法，胡先生表示，只是小孩子喜欢和妈妈开玩笑，“偶尔打闹一下，我也会说他，小孩子是比较调皮。”
一旁的孩子妈妈告诉记者，对于事发当天，醉酒男子说了什么有些记不清了。记者还了解到，孩子妈妈主要是视力有点问题，没有其他疾病。
“本来买小孩子的花是好事，因为过激举动在网上变成一个负面的事了。”胡先生说，“这只是一个误会，说开了就好了。”

“他一直都是很仗义的，是这个性格。”朋友小郝就是视频中一直拉住小李的黑衣男子。小郝表示，过程中小李没有侮辱、殴打卖花母子俩。
“小李主要是看到孩子买的都是自己喜欢的，就有点生气了。”小郝回忆，“当时小李一直在说，‘你妈养你这么大不容易，你也不买点孝敬你妈妈，又不用你花钱。’可能到后期就有点烦了，说‘那就都别吃了。’”
对于网友发的视频，“我们看到了，就觉得挺冤枉的。但是网上发的视频体量那么大，我们去发声，感觉也（势单力薄）没有什么用。”
“11月17日晚上9点过，我在兰桂坊正常上班。”现场巡防队员甘师傅表示，“到了18日凌晨1点过，我在兰桂坊巡防时，发现两个男子和一个卖花女子发生争吵，当时女子旁边还有一个小男孩。”
“当时一名白衣男子就跟卖花女子说，‘要帮女子教育一下娃娃。’争吵过程中，白衣男子情绪越来越激动，就把买给小孩的零食往地上砸，用脚踩，我看到后就上前把他们分开了。”甘师傅称，“男子称小孩母亲有身体问题，出于同情带到超市买吃的，后来见到孩子妈妈后发现被骗了。扔的、踩的都是男子自己给小孩买的零食。”
“过程中，男子没有打母子俩，也没有恐吓，只是说让小孩别骗人。”甘师傅证实。
有网友质疑，为什么巡防队员没有第一时间上前阻止，甘师傅表示，“刚开始，醉酒男子只是在和对方理论，他朋友一直劝阻他。等到后面，男子开始扔东西倒在地上踩，我为了防止矛盾升级才上前劝开。劝开后，双方僵持了一会儿，就离开了。”

First attempt at making my own beef bone broth. I had been wanting to try this for a while but wasn’t keen on leaving a pot on the gas stove for 24-48 hours. I started looking into the option of using a slow cooker but then discovered that it was also possible to make a successful broth in a pressure cooker. There seems to be some debate around whether some nutrients are lost using this method due to the higher temperatures or if it actually preserves nutrients due to the shorter cooking time, but either way it is probably better than a lot of store bought options.
This was the result of 4 hours cooking a mix of grass fed beef bones in the pressure cooker. It tastes pretty good and after refrigeration it came out very thick and gelatinous. I’ve been using them to invest in stocks where I expect an increase in value to profit without buying the stock. For instance, say a stock trades at 10, to buy 100 shares you need $1000, if the price increases to 14 and you sell, you made 400 (40% return). That same stock may have an option that you can purchase for 4. Each option contract is 100 share lots. So you invest $400. If the stocks moves
To 14, your option will increase in value as a multiple. So maybe the option increases 2.50. You close the option and you get 650 when invested 400. So your return is 63% vs buying and vs 40% and you didn’t have as much capital tied up.
This is an example and options have funny responses to market changes. I’ve only messed with buying long dated call options. Short dated gets really squirrelly. I’m certainly no expert in this but have had this work in the past. It is my understanding that 80% of calls expire worthless so the idea it is to get in when a stock is depressed and get out when there’s a pop in the stock, not to hold it for the duration.

I think lightning and nostr proved a very important concept that may have gone overlooked.
Using completely open protocols and freedom incentives, you all donated over 3.5m sats to me with one ask. This is actually a serious amount of money. No VCs, no boards, no strings. And we are still very small.
I hope this signals to other developers to take a chance and build on these protocols. The community highly values this kind of work.

What Are Biotoxins?
Biotoxins are toxic substances of biological origin, released by sources like mold, Lyme disease, and other tick-borne illnesses. In most people, the immune system can effectively identify, break down, and eliminate biotoxins from the body. This means that once they are removed from the source — such as a water-damaged building with mold mycotoxins — the body can naturally detoxify itself.
Biotoxin Susceptibility
Approximately 25% of the population has a genetic susceptibility to biotoxin illness due to specific HLA-DR genetic variants. These variants impair the immune system's ability to recognize and eliminate biotoxins, even after the source of exposure is removed. This explains why some individuals become chronically ill from biotoxin exposure while others remain unaffected.
Biotoxin Accumulation
For individuals with genetic susceptibility, biotoxins can be difficult to eliminate and may accumulate in the body. In the liver, biotoxins bind to bile, which is sent to the gastrointestinal tract for excretion. However, during the process of enterohepatic circulation, bile is reabsorbed in the small intestine and returned to the liver. In individuals with the HLA-DR genetic variant, the biotoxins are not effectively removed and are reabsorbed along with the bile. This recycling process leads to persistent symptoms, even after the original source of exposure has been eliminated.
Cytokine Production & Impaired Leptin Signaling
Biotoxins get stored in fat cells, triggering the release of excess inflammatory cytokines. These cytokines can block leptin receptors on proopiomelanocortin (POMC) neurons in the hypothalamus, preventing leptin from binding effectively. Without proper leptin signaling, POMC activity is disrupted, inhibiting its production of critical peptides like alpha melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), which helps regulate inflammation, immune function, metabolism, and more.
Implications of Reduced α-MSH
Chronic Inflammation: α-MSH reduces inflammation by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines. Without sufficient α-MSH, excess cytokines can lead to fatigue, headaches, muscle pain, and difficulty concentrating.
Immune Dysfunction: α-MSH plays a key role in immune balance. Its deficiency leaves the body vulnerable to things like candida overgrowth and colonization of mucus membranes by antibiotic resistant bacteria (MARCoNS), which releases endotoxins that further inhibit α-MSH.
Gastrointestinal Disorders: α-MSH protects the integrity of the gut lining. Low α-MSH can contribute to symptoms of “leaky gut”, like bloating, food sensitivities, and IBS-like symptoms.
Adrenal Fatigue & Fibromyalgia
Inflammatory cytokines triggered by biotoxin illness initially cause an increase in ACTH and cortisol production. However, over time, chronic inflammation and disrupted hypothalamic signaling leads to a significant reduction in these hormones, contributing to symptoms of adrenal fatigue. This is further exacerbated by disrupted circadian rhythms.
Impaired leptin signaling at POMC neurons in the brain also reduces the production of beta-endorphin, an endogenous opioid. This can cause increased sensitivity to pain and the symptoms associated with fibromyalgia.
Clearing Biotoxins
1. Addressing the Source: It’s important to remove the source of biotoxin exposure, whether through mold remediation or treating tick-borne infections.
2. Binding and Eliminating Toxins: Biotoxins are negatively charged, which means positively charged binders may be the most effective at drawing them out of the body.
3. The Importance of Natural Light: UV light stimulates POMC cleavage, producing α-MSH and beta-endorphin. Safe UV exposure requires the development of a healthy solar callus, starting with morning infrared light to prime the skin.
4. Minimizing Artificial Blue Light & nnEMF: Excessive artificial blue light exposure can shift POMC cleavage toward ACTH production, while certain nnEMF wavelengths may inhibit the ability of α-MSH to produce melanin.
5. Supporting Circadian Rhythms: Morning sunlight exposure and blocking artificial light at night helps regulate the body’s circadian rhythms, which are critical for immune function, leptin signaling, melatonin production, and much more.
6. Supporting Detoxification: Supporting the expansion of coherent domains/Exclusion Zone water inside the body (via proper hydration, grounding, and infrared light) pushes toxins out of cells and into the interstitial fluid, where they can be bound and eliminated.
