So how does a country fall under tyranny? It's clear that only a democratic country can evolve into tyranny, in the same way that a democracy evolves from a country ruled by oligarchs (the wealthy). In both cases, the old regime is destroyed by what it values most. In an oligarchy, wealth is what the regime values most, and it is greed and the neglect of other things to pursue wealth that ultimately destroys an oligarchy.
But in a democracy it is Liberty that the regime values most, so it is the insatiable desire for freedom and the neglect of other things for the sake of freedom that ultimately destroys a democracy and leads to tyranny.
Once a democracy reaches the point where liberty is loved above all else, there comes a time when, drunk with freedom, it will elect bad leaders, people who don't really know how to run a country. Now, unless those bad leaders keep catering to the people, the people will feel the sting of bad leadership and will eventually come to hate their leaders as evil oligarchs. The people will look at people who still support these leaders as willing slaves and good-for-nothings but those same people, in public and in private, will praise new leaders that behave like they the subjects do and makes them them the subjects feel like rulers.
When a country reach this point, freedom truly becomes the end all and be all of the state. The usual norms of society start to break down: children dominate their parents, parents act like children, shame no longer has any sway on people, students lose respect for their teachers, teachers care more about flattering their students than teaching them, and so on.
In such a state, the people become extremely sensitive to anything that feels like a threat to their freedom. Not only do social norms get turned upside but the laws themselves will be gutted or ignored, until little if anything is forbidden. Now, when the rule of law is just a formality and leaders are chosen by the people for being most like them, tyranny will emerge.
In general, excess usually sets up a reaction in the opposite direction, so it should not be surprising that excessive freedom will ultimately lead to extreme slavery. But then if democracy is to give way to tyranny, where will the tyrant come from?
Well, in terms of the work people do, let's divide society into three parts. First, there are people who lead idle and extravagant lives (if society were a hive, these would be the drones). In an ailing democracy, their most ambitious and vocal members will take center stage and dominate politics, with the public eating up everything they say and shutting down opposing speakers.
Second, there are those entrepreneurial folk who are most organized and find ways to make the most money.
Generally, these people become the wealthiest. In an ailing democracy, these rich entrepreneurs will feed the ambitions of the "drones", either deliberately or by the "drones" taking their wealth from them.
Then, lastly, there is the working class. In any democracy, they are the greatest in number and, when assembled, are the most powerful. When they feel they aren't getting their share, they will look to the "drones" to help them by taking from the wealthy and, in response, the rich will speak up to defend themselves.
Neither the working class nor the rich are fighting each other willingly: the people are acting out of ignorance, deceived by the "drones", and the rich are driven by the stings of the "drones" who are simply using them.
From here, there will be a mess of impeachments, judgements, and trials on both sides, until eventually the people find one man who they set up as their champion. Becoming a sort of leader of the people, or at least of his mob of followers, he will start by bringing someone to trial on false charges or some such dishonest crime, then will get a taste for blood and will keep escalating his crimes until he is either killed by his enemies or becomes a tyrant.
At this point, he will stir up civil war against the rich and against his enemies (who will become the enemies of the people). This tyrant will smile at everyone he meets and make all sorts of promises in public and private, pretending to be gracious and generous to all. Then when his enemies have been removed, he will seek out more enemies, stirring up a new war. In this way, the people will continue to feel the need of a leader and will be so busy (paying for the wars) that they will be less likely to plot against him.
Eventually, even those who helped the tyrant come to power will feel his sting. The ones alongside him in positions of power will think they can speak freely and, when they think they can criticize him, he will retaliate by getting rid of them and then will pre-emptively get rid of others who might try to do the same (anyone who is brave, knowledgeable, high-minded, or rich). As he purges his closest associates, he will need to replace and, contrary to good sense, will look for loyalty rather than competence. In the end, there will be a tyrant surrounded by admirers and hated by the people (who he no longer needs and who are too busy just living to plot against him).
That's how tyranny arises from a democracy.

My dad has stage 4 cancer and has made the personal choice to “fight” with chemo, radiation, and all that jazz.

中央与地方的资源争夺战并不在遥远的将来，而是正在进行中。
所谓“远洋捕捞”，本质上就是跳过了“中间商”的转移支付。“远洋捕捞”持续增加，本身就意味着中央权威的削弱。
中央刺激经济的措施既“难产”也软弱无力不如预期，同样体现了中央与地方对存量资源的争夺正趋于白热化。
随着经济下行，地方收入持续减少，想保持收支平衡，地方显然只能削减开支。
但中央一直要求地方做的工作并不因此而减少，所以，在中央的压力下，地方只能把“屠刀”挥向自己，挥向那些在多年本地官场博弈中早已定型的开支项目。
这意味着什么？
意味着地方官僚既有的行为模式被迫改变，地方利益既有的分配格局在此冲击下被迫要打散重组，在整个潜规则体系中“最软的柿子”大概率要被迫出局。
结果是什么？
是事实上的“末位淘汰制”。
如果地方官员不“抱团取暖”，不团结起来对抗中央，地方官员就会因压力持续增大，一次又一次被迫打散重组既定的分配格局，一次又一次挤走“最软的柿子”，人们会在这样的局面下陷入持续焦虑。
为了避免成为“最软的柿子”，地方官员之间的内斗会趋于激烈，走向疯狂。
因此，不走寻常路的官员会被迫增加，在绝望中选择“网络实名举报”的体制内人员会越来越多——我们知道这已经是现实。
选择“网络实名举报”的体制内人员不断增加，是地方在与中央的对抗中发生组织溃败的表现。
但并不是每个地方都会在与中央的对抗中轻易落败。
有的地方是能团结起来对抗中央的，例如能齐心协力搞“远洋捕捞”的地方。
中共官场一直是个信息黑洞，但运用常识、逻辑和已知的信息，我们并不是不能推测黑洞内部的状况。
以中共的国家治理能力，以中共那套帝国叙事对官员思想的控制力和为负值的道德感召力，我们完全可以确认，在经济下行，资源减少，压力增加的情况下，各级官僚从“较温和的犯罪团伙”转型为“较激进的犯罪团伙”是必然的趋势。
中共本身是一个巨大的犯罪团伙，中共官员从踏入官场的第一天开始，就在学习如何违法如何犯罪，学习如何为了自己的利益、同伙的利益损害民众利益和所谓的“国家利益”。他们都知道，面对党时，法律做不了“挡箭牌”。他们在中共这套体系里长期接受的，是伤害链逻辑的浸泡。
所以，中共官员真正的信仰是什么？
不是马克思主义，不是孔孟之道，是伤害链逻辑，是“人不为己天诛地灭”，是“枪杆子里出政权”，是“谁够狠谁就能活下去”，是对丛林法则的尊崇。
抱持着这样信仰的地方官员，怎么可能在自身利益受到威胁时遵纪守法？
他们只会审时度势，在官场同僚们显得比较“软”时，优先选择对付同僚，在同僚和领导比较“厉害”而中央显然“天高皇帝远”时选择糊弄中央。
而中央，这一届的中央，偏偏又明显不具备震慑住所有地方官员的能力。
所以，接下来会发生的事是很明显的。
中共曾花很大的力气阉割掉社会的自组织能力，但它不可能不允许政府组织自身存在。而地方政府组织在中共中央当前的治理模式下，在内外压力的锻造下，正在完成从散兵游勇到“反革命团伙”的蜕变。
“远洋捕捞”是个催化剂。
它既把中央权威的弱化摆上了“枱面”，也使得捕捞一方与被捕捞一方的利益冲突趋于明显。它既在促成捕捞一方政府内部的资源整合和利益绑定，也在倒逼被捕捞一方团结起来，形成维护本地“鱼池”的地方保护主义。
但不论是攻方还是守方，当他们不得不跳过中央的干预，放弃对转移支付的被动等待，主动出手争夺中共国“大鱼池”里的存量资源时，他们都是在强化自身，强化自身小团体的组织度，强化小团体“领导”的个人权威，强化团伙成员彼此的利益绑定，最终，令曾并肩作战“一起捞过鱼”的战友们结下在未来乱世中继续互相守护的战斗情谊。
中央是靠不住的。
各地方正在越来越清晰的认识到这一点。
中央也是不足畏的，在与其他地方“抢鱼”的过程中，各地方同样在越来越清晰的认识到这一点。
中国人喜欢说一句话，“没有永远的朋友也没有永远的敌人，只有永远的利益”。
中国人认为，只有相信这句话的人才算得上“人间清醒”。
但如果你把这句话变造一下，变造为“没有永远的忠臣，也没有永远的外敌（美帝），只有永远的利益”，你就会发现，在这句话面前，在长期对官员的洗脑，对国民的反道德教育面前，中共中央的权威和它的民族主义宣传都不堪一击。
在利益冲突面前，中共培养出的地方官员当然会试图维护自己的利益，而不是中央的利益、国家的利益。
而他们能找到的维护自己利益的方式是什么？
在中央靠不住，既不给出足够的经济支持也不给足够的政策支持，不肯“大放水”时，他们只有抱团取暖，只能把力气放在经营好自己的一亩三分地上，致力于增强自己在本地的权威，震慑住本地竞争者，避免在“末位淘汰”中落败。
地方，只能自强。他们也正在自强。
虽然他们并不是在为民众的福祉这样做，但当他们踏上把自己打造成一个个组织严密的地方利益集团的道路，利益自会驱动他们走向这条道路的尽头，就是与中央对抗。 #nevent1q…r4se

你比如说现在很多贵清计算机毕业的优秀学生，松松的拿个大厂金子offer，年薪百万起步，这些穷学生，怎么就不能给与次贷呢？一次性发放200万首付贷，每个月就只需要还8000，哪个学生拿不出来，然后贷款，我们按照这个大学生买500万房子来算吧，还有300万贷款，这部分每月1.2万。两个加一起也就2万，多好，哪个贵清计算机毕业的学生负担有困难的呢？500万先买个单室套简单过度一下，以后发展好了，再改善，多好呢。大家说呢。

我觉得现在房地产这个还贷做得有点不好，压抑了房地产发展，拿我来说吧，你看如果，我说如果阿。我有600万现金，按照15%首付，可以买4000万房产。但是剩下85%每个月的还贷14万。不论选择等额本金，还是等额本息都是10万+的月还款。普通人每个月哪有10万+还款能力呢？就做个先息后本，只还利息，不还本金，30年后到期一次性还本。。我们普人，住个20年，通货膨胀足够大了，分分钟把房子卖了，轻松还本。这种只还利息，不还本金，每个月就还1.4万就可以了，多轻松阿。
这多好呢，请上面考虑下我的提议，让群众享受先息后本还款方式，谢谢，房地产必然大涨，群众必定支持。

今天下午，还在开车，正要返家，接到一个订单，距离一公里，行程一公里。这种单子网约车司机都不想接，块八毛的，还要费劲找人。我犹豫了一下，心想闲着也是闲着，去一趟吧。
到了地方，发现是一个车站，一个老人背着一个小包。确认姓名，上车，还没关上车门，他抱怨说我叫车叫了好长时间了，没车来，你总算来了。
他要去Costco的药房取药，没有司机愿意接这活，所以他不得不等。
人到了老年，腿脚不便，没法开车，我载过老年人去杂货店买东西，接老年人购物完毕后回家。我载过一位老年人从Safeway叫车，一上车他就说，不好意思，我的路程短。他说他有眼疾，医生这几天不让他开车，所以他叫车。
他们都很好，给我打的小费比车费都多。

雷马屏农场是四川最大的一所劳改农场，建立于五十年代初期，方圆五六百里，海拔平均约両千多米，是四川省雷波、马边、屏山三县的交接地，故称雷马屏。这里水恶山险，沟壑纵横，重峦叠嶂，云遮雾障，气候恶劣，人烟稀少，是汉彝民族杂居之地。由于它得天独厚的气候条件和自然环境，因此盛产茶叶。它三 面是莽莽原始森林，穿过原始森林便是波涛汹涌，浊浪排空，奔腾咆哮的金沙江；金沙水冷，含沙极重，纵是世界游泳冠軍也泅不到对岸，惟有一条独路新市镇和宜宾相连，只要在那里设一座关口，纵是一只狐狸也逃不出去。
一九四九年后，为贯彻执行中共中央“无产阶级专政”改造人犯的劳改政策，四川省公安厅劳改局，把这里圈划为监狱，真是一座天然的监狱。它用不着设置重兵，也用不着修筑高墙，更不需要架设电网，只要在那连接宜宾的新市镇关口处修筑两个碉堡，架设几挺机枪，便固若金汤万事大吉。
于是，从1950年起，一批批国民党“残渣余孽”（甲长、保长、乡长、县长和军以下的师、团、营、连军官）送到这里来“劳动改造，脱胎换骨”，接着是不甘心失去财富的地主、富农和枪口下留下来的土匪恶霸，再后是不拥护社会主义制度的“右派分子”和“反革命分子”以及“投机倒把分子”，再再后是“造反派”与反对“无产阶级文化大革命”的人。尽管他们出身不同，社会地位不同，所受的教育不同，其罪名几乎一样：不拥护“无产阶级专政”或仇视“无产阶级专政”。昔日战场上的冤家，斗争会上的对立面，经济利益上的仇敌，均成了殊途同归的“同改”。

刚中午吃饭同组同事跟我抱怨自己压力好大，晚上睡觉都做梦梦见客户出问题找过来，还吐槽很久最近团队摊派的不合理任务，但形势严峻也只能忍着。他身体都有问题了，昨天去医院检查。
问我感觉这工作好不好做，我说感觉很难，主要是干活的人的想法和上面的人想法差距很大，没法达成一致，下面的人就特别累。
1958 年 8 月 15 日这天，全国人民总动员，消灭麻雀的运动在全国城乡展开了。，，
8 月 14 日这天，我们小队开大会，队长分配任务，他说：“从明天开始，家里有老人有娃儿的妇女，就在附近的山上、竹林驱赶麻雀，中午轮流回家做饭。冯树徳去对面山上，王建基去东边山上，你俩年轻，那两处山高树多，由
你二人负责。”所有的山坡、河沟和有农作物的地里，都有人看守。队长最后大声强调：“每天天亮我敲钟就上山，天黑收工，远一点的地方自带干粮，中午不回家。不能让麻雀有休息、找食的空闲，要认真负责，不准偷懒。我要来检查，如果发现你在山上没有敲盆、敲竹筒，没有吆吼，扣你三个月工分。”
这天早晨，天微明就听到铁片钟咣当咣当敲个不停，家家户户、男男女女、老老少少拿上能敲出声的东西走出家门，我带上一个苞谷饼，拿个竹筒边走边敲、边吆吼。过沟进冲，翻山越岭，来到我负责的山头树林里。刹那间，满山遍野，人们齐声呐喊，咚咚锵锵锣鼓声，叮叮当当敲盆声，呯呯嘭嘭竹筒声，嗵嗵哐哐汽枪声，嚬嚬嘣嘣簸箕声，震天动地，响彻云霄。声响之杂之响亮，胜过任何音乐演奏会，吓得鸟儿满天飞。飞累了，落在树上、地边，又被人们的敲击声、呐喊声赶跑了。无论它们飞到哪里，都无法停留休息片刻，更没法找食。不仅仅是麻雀，什么喜鹊、斑鸠、黄莺、杜鹃、白鹭、白鹤、蓝翡翠鸟、乌鸦、野鸽子、燕子、啄木鸟、相思鸟等等和许多叫不上名字的小鸟，以及猛禽老鹰、秃鹫、猫头鹰等许多珍稀鸟类都在劫难逃。我负责的山坡路远树多，开始那天带一个苞谷饼，下午肚子饿了，嗓子也喊哑了，就坐在树下有气无力地敲打竹筒。因为山高路远，估计队长不会来检查。第二天带两个苞谷饼，好心的房东唐木匠特为我做了一个大竹筒装水喝。
经过三四天折腾，所有鸟类，不能休息，不能下地觅食，又累又饿，早已精疲力竭，从树上、从空中纷纷坠落下地，我们小队无人没抓过奄奄一息的麻雀、八哥、乌鸦、斑鸠、野鸽子。麻雀交到队上，其它鸟都用来改善生活。有些娃娃掏了好多鸟蛋煮着吃，因此，赶鸟、打鸟的积极性很高。
经过五六天早出晚归轰、打、毒、掏的折腾，不仅麻雀绝了踪迹，其它鸟类也很少见到了。真是“夜夜梦鸟飞，清晨没鸟啼”啊。而在我们乡下，真正害人的苍蝇、蚊子、老鼠却没受到多大影响。

“这个见解和我的见解不谋而合。我原来也是认为，毛泽东在57年发动整风号召，人们给(中国共产)党提意见，并不是一开始就打定主意要放长线钓大鱼引蛇出洞，而是错误估计形势。他号召大家给党提意见，他本来想的是大家就会响应伟大领袖号召，批判各级当权派，拥护伟大领袖毛泽东的绝对权威，就像文化大革命那个样子。
“不料，整风一开始各种批评纷纷而来，不但批评了各级当权派，连他这个老和尚也在批评之列。这样他就受不了了。他就翻脸，然后就搞了一场反右，把整风变成了反右。在这一点上，李志绥医生这本书给我们提供了很重要的、别人都不可能知道的事实，那就是，作为医生，他注意到了在57年的5月中旬，也就是毛泽东刚刚把这个整风变成反右的时候，毛泽东那个时候的情绪很不好，一天到晚躺在床上，精神抑郁，还得了感冒，把他叫回来。毛的睡眠更不规律。
“他(李志绥的)这个特殊的观察角度，从毛泽东当年的身体的状况、情绪的状况，让我们知道了毛泽东反右的一个真实的情况。这就是这本书独特的一个价值。”

家父十三岁离家进城读师范，图的是减免学费、提供伙食外，还给每月三斗米的零花钱。读师范的一般多为寒门子弟，希望两三年毕业，回乡做个教书匠，谋个养家糊口的生计。如是这般，风前雪底，清霜暖日，暂寄个轻闲时光。
不料，一学年之后，校方突然宣布所有学生必须加入三民主义青年 团，否则，要么退学，要么自己负担一切费用。此为新例，旨在裹挟国民，强化党国一体，据说全国通行，如今八十岁上下的老辈过来人，可能都有印象。
无需任何手续，全校学生集体加入。
于是乎，这个十四岁少年成了一名三青团员，余生的命运和家小的命运，在城头换帜之后的三十年里，便都拴在这大家都不明所以的什么团上了。
某年某月某日，寒冬腊月，记得清晨河上冰凌泛光，朝霞映照之下，愈发清纯。盛桥镇，吾乡，机械厂支书张光圣，急匆匆参加区委会召开的动员大会。据说，会上 “ 研究部署 ” 了几项 “ 掀起运动新高潮 ” 的革命行动，抄家是重头戏。
如今的青年或许能从电视上的历史剧中领略此项风景，但余生也晚，却与有荣焉，多次目睹亲历真人秀，真要感谢时代。 “ 老三青团员 ” 的家，在张支书的坚决要求下，榜上有名。
德国启蒙时代的一句名言是， “ 一个民族精神上的黑暗经常必会变得如此沉重，以致它不得不撞破脑袋来寻求光明 ” 。当年中国撞破脑袋的，不乏其人。小镇无人犯傻撞头，但天良自在人心，不比人少。与会的一位同族长辈，于心不忍，偷偷告诉家母这一噩耗，告诫赶紧做些准备。
家里只有坛坛罐罐，四壁如洗，无须准备。想来想去，只有户口本和粮本最为重要，母亲将它们揣在怀里。家父离家在外，不可能知情，也无法联系。一家早早吃了晚饭，母亲带着我们兄妹四人，静候夜幕降临，干脆连门也不关。
夜半时分，街上脚步嘈杂。先是打门、呵斥和哭喊，继为翻箱倒柜、搬东运西的碰碰撞撞，最后只剩下铲墙挖地的闷声。这条小街，临河而建，都是吊脚楼，河上架桩，桩上铺设木板，便成河岸人家。于是，挖地连带着撬木搬板，间或听见家什掉落河水，咣咚，咣咚。家家大门紧闭，黑灯瞎火，好像连狗也不再叫唤。漆黑的夜幕下，只有被抄的人家，灯火忽闪，人影幢幢。
那一夜，三人自尽。
欧家，地主成分，祖父当即跳河。早在十多年前 “ 镇反 ” 之际，老人家就已 “ 陪斩 ” 过一回，如今无此荣耀，却反而想不开了，怕是实在没了留恋生的欲望了。
远房亲戚，查家，也是老祖，冲出家门，跳井。寒冬腊月，等待他的自然只有死亡，直到第二天家人才敢去捞上尸首。
最后，拂晓时分，谁也没想到，一位受人尊敬的私塾老先生，居然撞墙而死。原来，查抄一宿，毫无所获，正准备鸣金收兵之际，专政人员看到门口一个小圆镜子，顺手牵牛，打算据为己有。反转端详，镜后居然有一人像，影影绰绰，众人仔细辨认，其中一位年长者发现，不是别人，竟然是人民公敌蒋光头。顿时，士气大振，立马将老先生打翻，罚跪在地，责令老实交代。
这小圆镜子是老先生结婚时的信物，留存四十年，只为记着老伴的情义，早已忘掉镜后的鬼头。讲不出所以然，再打，老人奋力冲向石墙。
半夜行动之前，他们再次核实名单，一位负责人员，不知为何，主张将许家划掉。于是，躲过了初一。多年以后，烟消云散，当年的当事人如是告之。

我为什么没饿死
我是1959年5月1日到夹边沟农场的，1960年12月25日离开夹边沟农场，总共在夹边沟农场呆了一年又七个月二十五天。,夹边沟农场是死人最多的一个农场。按当时农场公布的到场的劳教人员总人数是2400多人，期间死去1900多人。
我为什么能够活下来？有这么两个原因。
一.和我同时到农场的有 一个永昌县送来的叫杨玉凤的女人。据说此人是天主教徒，是由修女送医学院后成为医生的，当年40岁左右，是我进场报到认识的第一位劳教同事，她被分配到总场医务所当医生。平常她对我比较关心，因我患有肺结核，经常给我开病情证明，以逃避重体力劳动，开“康复丸”（一种专门给饥饿病人吃的可以充饥的“药”－－其实是食品）。此人平反后在武威地区人民医院上班，文革中被关“牛棚”时，我去看望过一次，后去世。
杨玉凤医生对我的关心和帮助，现在听起来好像也属于一个医生的正常工作，而在当时的特殊环境下却是救我于水火，救我于不死的恩人。我深深怀念这位于我大恩大德的好人。
二.我去夹边沟时，带有一件羊皮做的大衣（民勤人叫“皮袄”）和一双羊毛毡靴。当时我们的灶房在西山坡，冬天十分寒冷。有一个在灶房烧火的人，知道了我有这么一件能挡风寒的衣服和毛毡靴，就通过别人表示想要我的衣鞋御寒，而我则趁机提出交换条件。因此，每天晚上他都会把或馒头，或饭食，只要灶上有什么吃的都行，偷偷放到一个我们约好的地方让我吃。加上有杨玉凤隔三差五地给我开“康复丸”，所以我就饿不死。

曾林林：死囚家属学习班
1975年初春的一天，刮着大风雪。渖阳法院来了两个人，通知爸爸、我和弟弟到县城开会。爸爸和我牵着弟弟，冒着风雪来到县城招待所。我们推门进去，屋内有暖气，一股热气扑面而来。然而我心里发颤，感觉比在风雪里还要冷，渖阳法院来的人要我们坐下，说是给我们办个“学习班”。 接着，一个人掏出《毛主席语录》，翻开念了两段语录，内容我记不全，大意是一段讲什么阶级斗争，一段讲坚决镇压一切反革命的。然后提到我妈妈，并问了爸爸一些话。爸爸说几年前他已同张志新离婚了，法院把孩子判给了他。法院的人问我：“你知道你妈妈在监狱中的表现吗？”我摇摇头。我确实不知道。我当时只知道妈妈是个反革命，是听人说的。她怎样反革命，我也不知道。妈妈被关进监牢后，爸爸上监狱送衣物，不让见。姨父从北京来渖阳，到监狱去探监也不让见。自妈妈被捕以后，同我们的一切联系都断了，我们什么都不知道。
渖阳法院来的人大声说：“你妈妈非常反动，不接受改造，顽固不化，反对伟大领袖毛主席，反对战无不胜的毛泽东思想，反对毛主席的无产阶级革命路线，罪上加罪，政府考虑加刑。如果处以极刑，你是什么态度？”
我愣住了，不知道怎样回答。我的心一下碎了。但我强装镇静，强忍着泪。爸爸说过，不能在别人面前掉泪，不然就同妈妈划不清界限了。爸爸代我回答说：“如果确实那情况，政府怎么处理都行。”
法院的人又问：“处极刑，收不收尸？张志新狱中的东西你们还要不要？”
我低着头没说话。爸爸又代我说：“我们什么都不要。”
他们再也不问什么了。两个人啼咕了一会儿，一个人在写什么，另一个人在教育我，说我是可以教育好的子女，党的政策是重在表现，要我和妈妈划清界限。他要我说说对妈妈犯罪的看法，我说了，是照老师平时教导我说的。当时心里很乱，说了什么现在记不清了。
那个人把写好的东西，交给同我谈话的人，他们又嘀咕了一阵，又在上面写。写完之后，要我在上面签字，按上手印。“学习班”就这样结束了。整个过程，弟弟被吓得不敢出声，他靠着爸爸身旁，紧紧地抱着爸爸。
爸爸领着我和弟弟从县城招待所出来，跌跌撞撞，顶着呼啸的风雪回到家。没有做饭，爸爸将家里仅剩的一个窝窝掰成两半，分给我和弟弟吃，说：“吃了早点睡觉。”
我静静地躺在炕上。爸爸独个儿坐在小板凳上，对着灯发愣，他瞅了瞅炕上，以为我和弟弟睡着了，就慢慢地站起来，轻轻地把渖阳家里带来的箱子打开，翻出妈妈的照片。看着看着，爸爸禁不住流泪了、我翻下床，一头扑进爸爸的怀抱，放声大哭。爸爸拍着我，说：“不能这样，不能让邻居听到。”听到哭声，弟弟醒来了。爸爸把我和弟弟紧紧地搂在怀里。这一夜，我们不知流了多少泪，却不能大声哭。
……
这真是人间至痛的往事，令人不堪回首。我所谈在学习班上，渖阳法院的人要我签字并按手印的那份“笔录”，后来在我妈的案卷中找到，特摘抄如下：
……
曾林林：刚听说张志新犯了反革命的罪行，我当时感觉会影响我进步的。这下可完了。但经过学习提高了认识，母女关系是有阶级性的。她虽然生了我，是我的母亲，可她是反革命，就不是母亲了，已是我的敌人了。她反党反毛主席，我们就和她斗争到底。我后来经过学校老师和家长的教育，我已认识到她反革命，我和她划清界限，并不会影响我的进步。
问：张志新实属死心塌地，罪大恶极，你们有什么想法、看法？
曾林林、彤彤：坚决镇压，把她处死刑，为人民除害。我们连尸体也不要，政府愿意怎么处理就怎么处理。我们都拥护。
对于张志新在监狱的还有什么财物，我们什么都不要，这有(由)政府处理……
那一年，彤彤不满10岁，而我也未满18岁。这份笔录就算不是法院来人的“杰作”，但在那样的年代，彤彤和我除了这样说，又还能说些什么？摆在我们面前的只此一种选择。

打工VS创业
现在很多人人到中年失业了，找不到工作，手头还有些积蓄，怕坐吃山空，就想着梭哈搏一搏。
个人建议:
慎重。
我们先搞清楚打工和创业本质区别。
打工人只能从公司的剩余价值中分得额定的利润。
所以公司好，收入不会更多。
公司差，收入必然受影响。
企业家承担投资和经营风险，同时获取剩余价值的大头。
所以从增长曲线和概率上算。
想要跨阶层向上，打工这条道路只有小概率成功性。
创业能上也能下，但是因为幸存者偏差，我们大多只能听到成功案例。
默默消亡的大多数失败者没有发声的可能。或者说，说了我们也不在意，谁会在意loser的那点把自己作死的经验呢。
（恰恰失败经验反而是最宝贵的，大家都要有反向思维）
在当下通缩风险的大环境下。
规模性企业都普遍微利或亏损的背景下，跳进去做企业只会死更快。
哪怕只是开个小餐馆，一年亏你个几十万很轻松。
这就像风口的猪，体量越大，越容易被吹走，更何况还作死蹦跶。
不是什么风都适合展翅高飞的。
我认识的好些个大佬，几年前就开始有意缩小自己的被关注度。
现在回看，真有远见。

媛不媛的都是增值卖点，和我们大多数消费不起，也“不愿为其买单”的人没关系。
长跑，普通人还是要心里有点逼数，量力而为的。
分享三个丢脸事。
早年被忽悠负重全装（菜鸟装备多）走尼农线，一趟十来个小时山路越野下来，膝盖落下隐疾，现在走多了站久了都疼。
从此遗憾得失去了进工厂打螺丝的工作机会。
另一次因为时差的关系早上睡不着，但是人又很疲累，于是去跑步。
其实跑得并不远，也不快，结果把自己给跑吐了。
还有一次，游艇比基尼，香艳吧。
我也挺兴奋的，兴奋到晕船这事都被我遗忘了。
后来到地方潜泳，美女都下去了，老子可不得也跟着鸳鸯戏水。
下去一动，体力一消耗，问题全来了，晕乎。
幸好反应快，立马往回游，爬回去趴那躺死鱼“快送我上岸”。
要不是动作快，被逼着喊救命，再被拖上船，那特么可就乐子大了。
从那以后，游艇派对，婉拒。
非我不想，实我不愿，真有心无力。
不想再面对幽怨的眼神“你行不行？！”
人那，特别是对自己身体的情况一定要有个基本了解，运动时务必量力而为，有限作死。

昨天晚上考虑了很久，还是决定辞职，确实不是我喜欢的工作，当然我喜欢的工作就是不工作🤣，只能说我还是不适应这份售前工作，跟我来之前了解到的信息有一个重要偏差，就是这份工作的核心职责还包括销售，不仅仅是售前技术支持。而我的性格自我感觉明显不适合做销售工作。😇
至于具体什么时候跟公司提离职，我还想着月底再说，但是又怕托太久很不爽。本来打算等我主管招到新人正好交接工作，可惜一直没招到。🤣
对于未来的打算，我还没想好，先休息一两个月吧，工作15年，每次跳槽都是无缝衔接，没怎么长时间休息过。然后再去投简历试试看。另外一个不靠谱的想法是改行，做点小生意，加盟个奶茶店麻辣烫店之类的，这个得花时间去调研统计分析一下能不能赚钱。
当前形势严峻，昨天早上坐高铁来上班（没错我现在的工作是在外地，只有周末回家），碰到一个老同事，他现在在英特尔中国，已经通知被裁员了，补偿n+6，而且是按年薪总包/12来计算月工资，羡慕的不行，他84年的，也在愁下一份工作，不过都想得开，形势逼人，只能走一步看一步。
我工作马上15年，也攒了一点家底，只要我躺平应该靠理财利息就能生活，而且我老婆也有工作，大几千块钱也够日常生活，我妈还有小几千块退休金，我爸当保洁员也有一些收入。我也没多少房贷，20w其实可以提前还掉，只是觉得利率一直在降，也就先观察一下再说。
俩儿子是比较麻烦的问题，但不知道我这些家底够不够他俩结婚买房的，大概率不够，不过也不想那么多了，以后的年轻人还结不结婚都不好说。
我周末也跟家人简单聊了辞职的想法，我老婆说她无所谓，反正她也不花我的钱。我妈倒是觉得还是先干着，至少找到新工作再辞职。
我这两天先把辞职信写一下吧，啥时候发给主管再说，另外还得跟我老婆再认真谈下，否则又要闹矛盾！😇
来之前就想着试试看自己能不能做这行，本来也没打算死磕到底，这个不行咱就换。

今天吃飯時，我和孩子們邊聊邊發現了一些驚人的小八卦。
我先隨口提到：「明天是選舉日，所以學校放假，這樣老師們可以去投票。」老大馬上問：「那你投票了嗎？」我回答：「我和媽媽已經提前投好了。」他接著好奇地追問：「那你們投給了誰？」我說：「我和媽媽都投給了某某某。」結果，老大興奮地說：「我的同學的爸爸媽媽也投給了某某某呢！」看來孩子們平常閒聊時，總會不經意地把從家裡聽到的消息分享出來。
接下來更有趣了。女兒突然也插話道：「我們的老師也投給了某某某！」這讓我有些驚訝：「妳們老師是在課堂上說的嗎？」她點點頭說是，但再多問下去，卻什麼也說不清了。
然後孩子們開始好奇：「這個某某某到底是誰？為什麼大家都投給他？」他們還問起另一位候選人是誰。我便簡單講解了大選的情況，告訴他們這只是個巧合，並說：「一般來說，美國人不會隨便告訴別人自己投給了誰，這事就像個小秘密，像我們內褲包著的部位，不會隨便讓別人看到。」

These people perpetuate lies about what Bitcoin is, what the law says, what laws may apply to Bitcoin, and whether there are even laws or not, and many people simply go along with their gibberish and irrational calls to apply anything, literally any law, so that you can pretend to be "Compliant".
If Bitcoiners cave in to the thinking of the lowest common denominator, the anti-American and the loser, then the proliferation of Ethical Bitcoin onramps, the prerequisite to Hyperbitcoinization, will not come to pass and bear fruit.
Bitcoiners must "hold the line", tell the truth, not cave in to the weak minded, the cowardly and the ignorant and apply the law as it is written. This is not asking for much, certainly for any American, and hopefully GEPOTUS will make this easier for the weaker amongst you to do without soiling their trousers.
If GEPOTUS is advised by the best Bitcoiners AND Ron Paul, then it is a sure thing that Bitcoin will be moved under the protection of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, and then the floodgates will be opened.
Fiat will flow into Bitcoin in amounts that Bitcoiners could not have even dreamed of previous to GEPOTUS, and once this happens, there will be no going back as the exits to the US Dollar close by virtue of it ceasing to exist.
America will become the number one country not only for the amount of Bitcoin in citizens hands' but for its expertise in the mediation of Bitcoin. When this happens, no country on earth will be able to catch up with it, and the financial centre preeminence of America will not be lost, but strengthened because one man, GEPOTUS decided that the law should be followed and American know how applied unbridled.
In the light of this future scenario, isn't it better to get ahead of the game and start laying down the thinking and tools to push Hyperbitcoinization?
I think so. Others, not so much it seems.
The allure of Virtue Signalling is very strong in many people. Their number one impulse is to look good in front of other people; they don't actually care about anything in particular, and will latch themselves to anything like Barnacles on a whale, irritating it, and slowing it down by de-streamlining its surface.
Their goals are set by other people, and are not original. They take "feedback" from Bitcoin's bitter enemies and then package it as being part of "the revolution".
It's fraud. It's fakery. There are no two ways about it.
Despite all of this, very very very big things are coming. Things so big, your jaw will hit the floor. And I'm not just saying that. I am not exaggerating.
The path to Hyperbitcoinization is every road, in all directions, all at once. This is possible if the people with their hands on the levers are the made of the right stuff.
The Trump campaign has shown everyone that a coalition of people who are normally on different sides of arguments can work together to overcome great evils.
This can happen in Bitcoin too. But in order for it to happen, people must disabuse themselves of the wrong things they've been let to believe, and cross the chasm to that place where Bitcoin is everywhere, everyplace, all the time, without restriction, arbitrary rules and anti human strictures.
I have absolutely no problem imagining this.
