- 2 eggs
- 3 c. sugar soup
- Pinch of salt
- 180g wheat flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 300ml of milk
{condensed milk cream}
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 packages of colorless and flavorless gelatin
- 5 drops of vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp of cream
- 2 tbsp of condensed milk
- 1/2 can of chopped canned peaches
- 1 bunch of seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp of strawberries
{Ganache}
- 180g of milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup of cream
WAY OF DOING:
In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, salt and beat, add milk little by little, always stirring. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and vanilla essence. In a heated frying pan, add the butter and a little of the dough, let it cook. Repeat the process with the entire dough.
In a blender, place the cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence and hydrated colorless gelatin, blend.
In a pan covered with plastic wrap, place a pancake on the bottom. Place a pancake in a glass or bowl and fill the bundle with fruit, repeat the process and place the bundles in the pan.

WAY OF DOING:
In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream, milk and the powdered juice packet. Beat until homogenized.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 5 hours. As soon as the edges begin to crystallize, remove from the freezer and transfer to a mixer and add the emulsifier. Beat until doubled in size.
Place in the freezer until firm and serve!

Saute the garlic, onion, bay leaves, cumin, red pepper and ground meat. Add salt, chilli pepper, tomato sauce sachet, tomato paste, tomatoes, yeast and water. Let it cook.

In a pan, add the milk, chicken broth, mayonnaise and bring to a boil. Add the wheat flour and stir until a dough forms. Make small balls and stuff them. Transfer to a platter, add the sauce and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.

WAY OF DOING:
In a frying pan heated with olive oil, sauté the ground beef, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and salt. Reserve.
Take the pastry dough and place the sautéed ground meat in the center. Add the mozzarella and a piece of boiled egg. Close the pastry and press the edges with a fork to seal. Immerse the pastry in the ice water quickly, preventing the dough from breaking.

WAY OF DOING:
Make holes in the loin and season with chimichurri, lemon pepper, salt and olive oil. Place in a pan with olive oil, garlic, bacon, onion and let the meat brown. Add the sauce, pepper and beer.
Close the pressure cooker on the heat and after it reaches pressure, leave it for another 30 minutes.
Cut the meat, add mushrooms and return to the pan over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes to cook better inside, get the flavor of the seasoning and thicken the broth!

Knead the dough and divide it into smaller portions, roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes. In a pan with hot oil, fry the donuts until golden. Drain and finish with sugar and cinnamon. Serve!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of peaches in syrup
- 300 ml of peach syrup
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 c. of cornstarch soup
- 1 box. of cream
- 1 sachet of peach gelatin
- 250 ml boiling water
- 250 ml ice water
WAY OF DOING:
In a blender, blend the syrup with 4 peach halves in syrup.
In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the condensed milk, then add the cream, milk and the whipped syrup mixture. Turn on the heat and mix until it thickens like a porridge. Take the cream to a refractory and let it cool well.
Hydrate the gelatin with boiling water and then with ice water, waiting for it to cool.
Arrange the peaches on top of the cream in the ovenproof dish, and pour the gelatin on top. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and serve!

Coconut ice cream
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 coconuts
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Water to dissolve the starch
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- grated coconut to taste
WAY OF DOING:
Remove the water from the coconuts. Open the coconuts, remove the shell and chop the pulp. In the blender, place the coconut pulp, add the milk and process for approximately two minutes.
Place the mixture in a pan and stir over medium heat until heated through. Add powdered milk and condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and mix it together in the pan.
Once it reaches a thick consistency, remove from the heat and add the grated coconut. Let it cool and distribute the mixture into molds or popsicle bags, insert the stick and place in the freezer for four hours. Serve!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1kg Pork belly
- 150g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
– Coriander or parsley to taste
- 1 col. lemon pepper dessert
WAY OF DOING:
Cut the pork belly skin horizontally and vertically. Turn the belly over and cut the meat vertically. Reserve.
In a bowl, place the butter, salt, chopped garlic, parsley, lemon pepper and mix. Spread the filling on the pork belly meat. Roll up, secure with string and set aside.
Place the roll inside cellophane paper (it bakes easily), make another layer with aluminum foil and place it in the pan. Place in the preheated oven at 180º for approximately 1h20.
Remove the aluminum foil and butter, return to the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the string and, once the oil is very hot, pour it over the pork belly skin. Serve!

- Butter
- Dash of olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 300g of shrimp
- Salt
- Black pepper
{Sauce}
- 1 c. of butter soup
- 1 c. of flour soup
- 400ml of milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup. of mozzarella
- 100ml coconut milk
- 4 c. of curd soup
- 50g of parmesan cheese
{Rice}
- 200g of ham
- 1/2 cup. pea
- 2 cups. of cooked rice
- Parsley
WAY OF DOING:
In a frying pan, add the butter and olive oil, add the chopped garlic and onion, let it sauté. Add the shrimp and quickly seal, season with pepper and salt. Reserve.
In the same frying pan, add the butter, wheat flour and mix, letting it cook. Add milk little by little and mix, add the nutmeg, coconut milk, parmesan and mozzarella. Stir to combine and reserve half the sauce.
In the sauce left in the pan, add the ham, peas, cooked rice and green chillies.
On a platter, place the sauce with the rice, shrimp, reserved sauce and mozzarella. Place in the oven, just to brown and serve!

Christmas Pavetone 🎄 Now I just want to do it like this!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Panettone
- 1 Gem
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 1/2 cups of whole milk
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 bar of melted milk chocolate (90g)
- 1 bar of grated milk chocolate
- Cherries to decorate (optional)
WAY OF DOING:
Sift the yolk and mix it in a pan with condensed milk, starch and milk. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then for another 2 minutes. Turn off, add cream and vanilla essence. Let cool covered with plastic wrap.
Cut the panettone into slices, put a little cream on the bottom. Top with chocotone slices and more cream. Repeat as many layers as you can. And finish with the rest of the white cream
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave and when it is homogeneous add the cream and mix. Pour over the cold cream, decorate with chocolate and cherry shavings. Serve!
