We’re going to prove to you that this recipe is MUCH easier than it looks!
INGREDIENTS:
- 750ml of milk
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 6 c. of mayonnaise soup
- 3 cups. of wheat flour
- Parsley to taste
- Grated mozzarella
{Sauce}
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 500g of ground beef
- ½ cup. of cubed bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- Bay Leaves
- Salt, sweet paprika, chili pepper, oregano and basil to taste.
WAY OF DOING:
{Sauce}
Saute the bacon and in the same fat add the ground beef. Add the garlic, onion and peeled tomato. Add salt, pepper, can of peeled tomatoes and a little water if necessary. Let it cook.
In a pan put the milk, chicken broth, mayonnaise and bring to a boil, add salt if necessary. Add the wheat flour and stir until a dough forms. Make small balls and stuff them.
Transfer to a platter, add the sauce and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Finish with parmesan cheese and serve!
