When he makes GROUND MEAT like that, there's nothing left!

INGREDIENTS:
- 500g of ground beef
- 1 red pepper in strips
- 1 egg
- 1 grated onion
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of lemon pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 200g mozzarella
- parsley to taste
- 2 grated potatoes
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 cup of wheat flour

WAY OF DOING:
Cut the pepper into strips and set aside. In a bowl, place the meat, egg, onion, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, salt and black pepper, mixing well.

On a counter, spread plastic wrap and open the meat until you get a rectangle. Stuff with grated mozzarella, pepper strips and chopped parsley; then roll it up, pressing firmly until the end. Compact the sides to form a roulade and place in the freezer for 3 hours.

After removing the roulade from the freezer, cut it into strips and set aside. Grate the potatoes and beat the eggs. Dip the roulade strips first in the wheat flour, then in the eggs and grated potato.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the roulades, browning both sides. Serve!
