"content": "Sirloin with Beer in the Pressure Cooker 🤤\n\nhttps://video.nostr.build/810fbdf6c53674de7601328d569b95283bd2d597ebdc3b8ea9e29eb65951b2c0.mp4\n\nINGREDIENTS:\n- 1 1/2 kg of Sirloin\n- 1 c. of chimichurri soup\n- 1 c. of lemon pepper soup\n- Olive oil (to taste)\n- Salt (to taste)\n- 4 cloves of garlic\n- 100g bacon\n- 2 finger peppers\n- 1 sliced onion\n- 1 black beer\n- 2 sachets of tomato sauce\n- 1 pc. from champignon\n\nWAY OF DOING:\nMake holes in the loin and season with chimichurri, lemon pepper, salt and olive oil. Place in a pan with olive oil, garlic, bacon, onion and let the meat brown. Add the sauce, pepper and beer.\n\nClose the pressure cooker on the heat and after it reaches pressure, leave it for another 30 minutes.\n\nCut the meat, add mushrooms and return to the pan over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes to cook better inside, get the flavor of the seasoning and thicken the broth!\n\n#grownostr #bitcoin #plebchain #nostr #weedstr #foodstr",
