WAY OF DOING:
In a frying pan heated with olive oil, sauté the ground beef, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and salt. Reserve.
Take the pastry dough and place the sautéed ground meat in the center. Add the mozzarella and a piece of boiled egg. Close the pastry and press the edges with a fork to seal. Immerse the pastry in the ice water quickly, preventing the dough from breaking.

To accompany it, make a vinaigrette with chopped tomato, cabbage and onion. Season with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and lemon juice to taste.
