Coco Bamboo International Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:
{Shrimp}
- Butter
- Dash of olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 300g of shrimp
- Salt
- Black pepper

{Sauce}
- 1 c. of butter soup
- 1 c. of flour soup
- 400ml of milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup. of mozzarella
- 100ml coconut milk
- 4 c. of curd soup
- 50g of parmesan cheese

{Rice}
- 200g of ham
- 1/2 cup. pea
- 2 cups. of cooked rice
- Parsley

WAY OF DOING:
In a frying pan, add the butter and olive oil, add the chopped garlic and onion, let it sauté. Add the shrimp and quickly seal, season with pepper and salt. Reserve.

In the same frying pan, add the butter, wheat flour and mix, letting it cook. Add milk little by little and mix, add the nutmeg, coconut milk, parmesan and mozzarella. Stir to combine and reserve half the sauce.

In the sauce left in the pan, add the ham, peas, cooked rice and green chillies.

On a platter, place the sauce with the rice, shrimp, reserved sauce and mozzarella. Place in the oven, just to brown and serve!
