Dropped another 1.9 kg (started at 93.7, now at 90.3).

Was feeling awful, but it was because of the flu, most likely. I had severe headaches and nose swelling. Now it's gone, no headache and no swelling. Feeling good.
Will start walking tomorrow, and lifting after (was in the bed for the last two days).
Our perception of reality creates our reality, and our body reacts to that created reality, which often is very different from real reality.
This is very important to understand, because during stress (which fasting is), we start perceiving everything more negatively.
It may influence our decisions if left unconscious. We may "realize" that everything is bad, life is shit, people are rude, and that we need to eat to run away from all this discomfort.
In reality, nothing changed, though. The life is the same, everything is almost the same, and people are however they are, which doesn't even matter.
What matters, however, is that we progress, becoming stronger and more resilient. We lose weight and become healthier, more stress-tolerant and antifragile. We gain self-trust and start respecting ourselves even more.
Because when you decide something, when you plan it, when you state it, when you start doing it and finish, you become the man of your word and that is admirable. And no amount of distractions can stop you.

I have absolute motivation and will power. I can do anything I decide — not eat for weeks, walk for hundreds of kilometers, feel any amount of pain — anything that I decide is aligned with my purpose and is beneficial to me. And it doesn't matter how hard it is or how bad it hurts. How do I do it?

Exactly! Everything beneficial is "hard" bacause it is constructive — you are constructing, building, focusing energy, opposing the chaos of the universe.
And you don't want to do it because you don't trully understand why you need it and are not used to it. Your body tries to save energy because it thinks that energy is scarce, but it's not — you have unlimited amounts of energy.
To love doing constructive things, you need to convince the body that it is the best way to survive and reproduce. And it is not done through self-talk. The body doesn't understand language — it understands visuals and emotions.
You need to slowly show it that whatever you are doing is good for you. To do that, start doing the action (lifting weights, for example) and focus on the progress, imagining the result it will bring (jacked body, girls, respect snd admiration from others, etc.). Do it and be proud of yourself — you are exceptional and are doing the hard thing to become great.
Take care of your sleep and food, which will allow your body to be in an optimal, healthy state. When you are energetic, you want to do hard things.

FASTING & WALKING
For the next 15 days, I will fast (not eat anything) and will walk 25k steps daily. Also, I'll lift weights in my gym to preserve muscle.
The goal is to drop 15 kg (33 lbs) and push my limits. There will be pain and lots of discomfort.
25k steps are 5 hours of walking. My BMR + gym is 2500 kCal. Plus 300*5=1500 kCal. A total of 4000 kCal should be spent daily. Which is 0.5 kg of body fat. Plus water, glycogen, and the food inside the GI. I think I will lose around 1 kg daily. Reality will show the truth.
During all this walking there will be a lot of analysis, deep thinking, communication, and talking. Deep insights incoming 😄
