Everyone is at their own level of growth, and judging them or expecting them to behave in certain ways is inefficient. We need to act foolishly and get slapped in order to learn and grow. You don't avoid stepping into shit by knowing it's on the road — everyone knows that. You learn to avoid it by stepping into it repeatedly.
