A fraudster, liar, rapist, insurrectionist, with 91 felony counts, should never be president!
And yet, Trump thinks he has at least three USSC justices, in his pocket, who will not only grant him absolute immunity, but rule Section 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn’t apply to a now, private citizen, who engaged in an act of insurrection, (when he was president), who wants to lie, cheat, and steal his way to becoming president again.
We’re going to see what our United States Supreme Court is really made of.

Here’s an analysis:
1. Our government spends more than it brings in through taxes.
2. Our nation’s billionaires pay the least for goods, pay the least to employees, pay the least in taxes, whereas the lower and middle class pay the most for goods, and the most in taxes.
3. The USA has borrowed roughly $8 Trillion from China.
4. Republicans have crippled funding and management of our military (Tommy Tuberville) putting our national security in jeopardy.
5. In the early 1980’s the US Mint produced a documentary showing how China was stealing $200 Billion per year, in US intellectual property.
Add up the numbers over the last 40 years, at a minimum of $200B per year, equals $8 Trillion.
This was before the internet.
6. Now, add millions of counterfeit, defective, sub-standard, products coming from China every day, and the environmental impact on our port authority agencies, land fills, etc.

Evangelists are complicit in the GOP’s ongoing violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
Republicans are violating the constitution, by shoving evangelist ideology down the throats of every woman in America.
The US Supreme Court is in violation of Separation of Powers, due to their failure to enforce the Establishment Clause. It’s their duty to enforce it, but they won’t, because evangelists are the majority of the republican base.

Republicans are holding up funding to Ukraine, to extort more money from taxpayers for their never-ending money pit of unaccountable #border funding.
Over $25 billion per year, goes to border funding.
$Billions have been handed over to states like #Texas, with little to show for it, other than the governor’s office pocketing over 1/3rd of federal funding.
Greg Abott’s, “pro-life” idea of border security was to install razor wire and saw blades onto floating buoys to wound, drown, or kill migrants, like rats in the sewer.
Trump’s idea was to waste $Billions on a partial wall, that migrants cut through, or climbed over.
Common sense says the real problem is with the countries where illegal immigrants pass to get into America.

Republican “legislators” are gearing up to file formal impeachment documents against Joe Biden, next week:
There’s a difference in how republicans and democrats approached impeachment.
Democrats had overwhelming evidence against Trump. He was impeached twice, but the crooked republican senate refused to convict and remove him.
After which, he, his whack pack, and co-conspirators in congress, plotted a coup. They sent a mob with hundreds of illegal guns, to storm the US capitol, in an attempt to force fraudulent electoral college certificates onto VP Pence to certify. Pence refused.

Hillary Clinton should file a claim for damages against McCarthy and others who have defamed her.
Clinton’s email server case was investigated. Hillary testified in person, and the case did not warrant charges or prosecution. There was no obstruction. James Comey said there was no case there. Yet, republicans, including McCarthy and Trump keep making erroneous accusations. They don’t even have the courtesy to use the word “allegedly”, which screams defamation. Again, there is no evidence!

Motive, opportunity, intent:
Motive:
Trump’s motive was always money and power, but he also knows he’s a criminal, so Protecting himself from indictments was a prime motivator.
Opportunity:
Trump was in a position of power. He controlled and manipulated the AG, DOJ, Military, the republican congress and red state governors into being his accomplices, through threats and intimidation. He would destroy their lives and careers if they went against him. He had influence with the most corrupt world leaders, who wanted sanctions lifted. He had the tools (a power hungry congress, and corrupt judges) to allow him to funnel millions to his family, and his businesses.
Intent:
The intent was to remain in power indefinitely, as an authoritarian dictator, to keep the justice system in his pocket, and avoid prosecution, to keep spreading lies to his supporters, motivate his militia, and overthrow the government.

Honestly, I hope this firing of Tucker Carlson results in an onslaught of lawsuits into every single lie Murdoch’s fake news hosts have spread.
Carlson wasn’t the only one who lied. Hannity was just as bad, and he directly advised Trump, who created and propagated most of the lies and conspiracy theories that resulted in the Jan 6 insurrection.
Fox’s propaganda machine was complicit in spreading lies about democrats committing election fraud, while republicans were engaging in fraud the entire time. Every time they accused an honest politician or election official of fraud, they were tampering in our electoral system. Hundreds of frivolous lawsuits were filed.
Their lies influenced voters, who elected lying Trump cronies, instead of honest candidates. Republicans gained control of the house, because of lies about election fraud. They lied, and they cheated. Now, they control key committees.
Meanwhile, Trump is running for president, when he should be in prison.
