Republicans are holding up funding to Ukraine, to extort more money from taxpayers for their never-ending money pit of unaccountable #border funding.
Over $25 billion per year, goes to border funding.
$Billions have been handed over to states like #Texas, with little to show for it, other than the governor’s office pocketing over 1/3rd of federal funding.
Greg Abott’s, “pro-life” idea of border security was to install razor wire and saw blades onto floating buoys to wound, drown, or kill migrants, like rats in the sewer.
Trump’s idea was to waste $Billions on a partial wall, that migrants cut through, or climbed over.
Common sense says the real problem is with the countries where illegal immigrants pass to get into America.
How about forcing those countries to strengthen and enforce their own borders? It makes more sense to stop them leaving their own countries in the first place!
But that would stop the game!
