This is very real. The IRS is not required to report illegal activity to any other agency, their mandate it to get as much money as possible. So if you report your stolen good they will not give it to other agencies or respond to subpoenas if you are arrested. Not that they can't they won't if you properly file. Because they make more money if you are able to keep stealing. You file this form than they keep their silence and throw away your deductions and charge you more. State legal cannabis shops pay a lot if federal taxes. If you don't want to risk this, that is fine. When you are caught by the state and charged, the IRS will see the money you made illegally. They will then charge you a usurious amount in penalties for late fees. They will, if they want, treat you like Al Capone and through you in jail for 25 to life, in an administrative court. Sounds like the Feds caught one person and they kept flipping people until the mayor was taken down. It started with kickbacks in the school system buildings and ended with drugs seized, cartels, etc. I am sure the most common charges will be lying to the FBI and RICO will be prevalent with many more. The mayor and two school board members went down. The most corrupt town.

Is it really this easy? First, your friend has to have heard of Nostr and be on it. Not mind bending, but they have to Google "how to nostr" and click on the top link.
So I got [Nostr.how](https://nostr.how/en/get-started ) . Ignore the brackets It is markdown scripting.
I read and understand about keys. This takes a 2 minute read. They are kinda like computer speak for username and password. Sure your public key is how you find some one and how the apps and website primal tracks you, but there are alot of websites that do Nostr. I don't want to deal with copy and pasting keys multiple times. So I heard about alby.com and downloaded the extension. But you probably don't want to post only on your computer so maybe you will start with the app. Anyway because you follow advice and are paranoid enough about your right to speech you save your password in alby.com extension or a password manager.
Hopefully you have a password manager and don't have to spend 30 minute rabbit hole on password manager reviews and another 30 minute rabbit hole on youtube about using one of the things.

We are on. We have an app or website, we have logged in with ably, we have poked around the settings of alby and copyed the keys into a desktop bound program like libreoffice or keepassX because we are cloud paranoid and if we used libreoffice we have password encryped it. When did we get the internet money (sats aka bitcoin on the lightning network) so we can be part of the cool kids and zap? I haven't mentioned that. It's not on the guide. I am not being critical or mocking the above video, but I am trying to show by a wall of text that there is a hurdle for certain people that most bitcoiners and developers aren't understanding. I was a bitcoiner, I still spent 5 hours reading watching things about nostr to understand and not just follow a step by step. I understand what dns is, I had a password manager. But please understand not everyone does. I admit, just following the guides I could have been up and running in say 15 minutes. But I had a lot of the background knowledge. And ultimately I hope someone will start repeating somewhere some of the hidden background knowledge that we just know. A list of you just signed up and zapped someone, what does it mean? It is a danger and a trade off. What is more dangerous? Censorship is a form of not allowing people to think. The right to be forgotten or to erase things that we once thought but turned out are not true, Is kind of a forgiveness and repentance. God commands that we forgive everyone. So... we have to be independent , we must be truthful , we must be wrong to get to right. Nostr is designed to not have a trusted third party because google , Facebook , twitter and the government overlords sucked so bad at it. The Government by ignoring the first amendment and doing a "run around" by having private companies violate it on their behalf is a thing. If you consider spending money speech well all sorts of uncomfortable things start to pop up about just how much control the government should have the power to coin and interstate commerce. We really do need a balance. We need to have a currency that spends in all states and to pay taxes in. We really need to overturn that FDR era supreme court decision on the interstate commerce clause. They ruled that a farmer, who's wheat he grew on his farm that never was or could cross a state line because it was for his farms use was part of interstate commerce because the lack of the product on the open market would effect prices.

The purpose of this is to create a system to improve, not an iron clad plan of accomplishments. I need to baby steps this, but I realize I also need to put in more than the 11 hours average a day working. I also put in a reward.
I want to see how far I get spending 30 minutes a day on just doing stuff, another hour a day just prepping for the next day(s) and 1 article and 20 minutes a day to give ideas for ways to prep. Yeah honestly its none of those. But it is a real battery. Cost's are the bill of materials and lots of DIY time spent. I give you the crystal battery. Tada. It is a copper magnesium battery with a variety of salts as a solid electrolyte. Though if you want half the voltage copper aluminum seems to work too. LaserSaber's youtube channel is easy to follow. Steps boil down to:
- half cup of each ingredient powdered or at least spice or coffee grinder fine
- copper chunk wall (cooper cap) though some have used brass ammo casings
- magnesium core (don't forget separator ,wood, paper , rubber, etc to keep copper and magnesium from shorting.)
- melt on warm setting the salts to form concrete, I mean crystals (it's in the name) poke air bubble with paperclip, add heat from top with heat gun, cool bottom after melted in water to reduce bubbles. Be prepared to fiddle.
- Ingredients are Alum, nosalt substitute (potassium chloride), epsom salt, and borax. ( if you saw those are the same salts as homemade crystals congrats)
One lady notice that a couple drops of water slightly increases voltage. Another science fair notice some rest time helps and charging helps. One person I saw claimed this was free energy and the original inventor from the 80's went all dementia. The original inventor claimed it was a piezoelectric effect. I unfortunately lost that forum page. Pour one out for the ethereal website seen and lost. The science far group charged it by a large antenna also know as a cantenna to pull radio waves out of the air and rectified them into dc current. These cantenna's pull notoriously small amounts of energy from radio waves.
What do I think? This has all the earmarks as a dry-cell battery. You take dissimilar metals or powdered metals that want to trade electrons. You put concrete, or plaster of Paris, or salts as an internal resistance separator and electrolyte. The reason it needs to rest is to pull water from the air to promote electron movement in the electrolyte. As for charging it, that is true but your charge rate must be small. I theorize that these dry cells are part primary cells part secondary cells hybrids. Either way power in or power out is low because dry cells are high resistance batteries internally. Refer to Robert Murry Smith's channel on Youtube.
Things to do on these cells, hook up a series so you get 15 v, buy a small charge controller and sodder this series of cells up to a micro , mini , c, USB charge controller. Fill a battery box with these because you want a m^2 area of battery cells to see just how many watts you can get, and compare it to a solar panel or to like 50 TEG/peltier thermal generators. Those caps seem really low given Wiemar, Zimbabwe, and Venezuela's economic realities. While Europe won't ever get that bad given energy reserves, if War destroys the power, nothing quick will fix the monetary situation, not even better money tech. I would guard the grid and trucks. But with enough crypto I would not fear negative interest rates. But silence behooves the wealthy. 18 months of dried and canned food will be very useful and a way to make distilled alcohol or a downdraft glassifer for fuel will be invaluable. Thats 4k of USD of stuff. That is my definition of a 6 month emergency fund. And civil disabediance in using monero to obtain this is no big thing. AML can destroy freedom in truth. Let me start by saying , he would be correct if all we were worried about is residential. I could stretch that to commercial like Walmart and home depot with expensive upgrades. I would also like to say all energy is welcome to me. I follow Doombergs postulate, every means of energy will be consumed by somebody. Standards of living are at stake.
Now to the deboneing of this piece.
People are wrong and holding the energy transition back. Nope, the truth is we have limited construction and human capital for large projects and we have limited money. Money is not really the problem either, we can create it at will with credit from the banks, they have the ten percent required for deposits in the repomarket if they wished to put the capital to use and the government could barrow unlimited funds with the money printer for the green revolution. But money doesn't mean we can build the increase in electrical steal required for the long haul cables necessary. Money is not an issue for what stops gigawatts from going on the grid. Regulations, they are very picky what roads you build, what meadows you plow, what forests you cut into. They are very picky about who can be on their grid and the wait list to inspect your project is years. Years where most projects die. Liberals your energy transition is stopped by your bureaucrats.
Government cant create and when they do they take and inflate the money so your project is more expensive, that money than goes to the big corporations with government connections and wealth inequality grows larger. And because the government can't create only lubricate and speed up money flow, the increased supply of money has a negative effect, your steel and labor are more expensive.
Load following renewable can supply a hundred percent. No 50 percent , 80 percent at increased cost, but 100 percent is the great wall of china that will collapse society. You can get residential as low hanging fruit. Commercial can bump it up to 80 percent with a ton of storage. District heating so we aren't wasting electricity on heat. Mountains of insulation. Solar thermal so we aren't wasting expensive 4 $.04/kw hour on hot water. 8kwh batterys would get homes night time energy done , pop in your 10 circut auto backup panel and connect your 8kwh delta pro battery packs and we are good. $10k per house isn't cheap but doable. governments already promised us $8k on our taxes. If your not renting.
We will have a famine if we don't produce our fertilizer. The process requires a natural gas feed at kiln tempatures and no o2 for 3 days straight to make that fertilizer and we cant feed ourselves much less the world without it. Lithium can't do that. The only thing that can is a small nuke, or a natural gas plant. The new heat battery by that one company that build that one pilot plant could maybe be a battery storage for that. It uses electricity to melt tin ,pump it around graphite, with an impressive ceramic pump, to heat the graphite until it glows at 2500 degs. They then use the light and heat to create electric in a solar cell designed for that purpose. 80 percent efficient. My hats off to them. Again how fast can we scale with regulations that will put the first pilot battery plant on grid in 2027. Did I mention we still need to mine all this crap preferably without the environmental destruction from using Chinese mines. Expletive that. We still need all our base-load for a long time.
Every industry factory in the country will need a similar flow battery , liquid tin battery, a small mountain to store the district heating battery to make this work. Lithium can do sedans and houses and grid frequency.
Oh I forgot the transmission lines, sorry it's been a long rant. What did he say. Oh here it is : "And long-range transmission lines can bring power in from other parts of the country." Those are being sued into oblivion, just read an article about the 4 billion dollar wind farm in new mexico where it is wind. It is on hold because the tribes are suing for the environmental damage the road to build the lines to LA are going to cause. See no one offered them royalties and an improved life so it's sacred land. (cynical but they absolutely deserve it, and to be asked.) With out the lines the millions in EPA hoop jumping spent for the last 5 years is all gone. This is one project where the benefits out way the negatives but oh well. Don't be an entrepreneur in the US in the clean energy sector. Some government is going to screw you only after you have spent millions. There is no where in the US where protected lands are not in the way to get wind from the center of the country to the coasts.
We need fission plants, walk away safe fission plants that the anti nuke NRC can't slow do. Breeders , burners, fuel recycler plants that are small (for walk away safe) and by the hundreds factory produce, higher quality than our F-35 factory , if you want anything like carbon reduced world.
Author of the Article, Nice try but you know Nothing! And your statement about the cost are flat out wrong. Levelised Cost of Lifetime enegry (LCOE) just doesn't cover the government. Good Night Nostr. Someone in the ether can you answer me a question? I use the https://getalby.com/ extension. I used it as my sole on ramp to Nostr. I got my wallet, funded it, and installed the extension into two browsers on the same OS and computer. I use nothing but the web clients. Both should have the same pub key and private key.
But all my stuff is on Brave and none of it is on Firefox. I cant be the only one with this problem. so How do I log in? Is all my notes just on the one broswers cookies? Thought I sould be able to log in with my extension automaticly and hate the thought that If I clear my brave browsers cookie my account goes away.
That is contrary to how I thought this stuff worked. Is my "brave primal account" private key a new key and alby only deals with the lightning wallet keys? I really have no skills and work a 9 to 6. I can't afford a mortgage or a car payment. Lucky I don't have those. Of course I can't afford a family either , so there goes my happiness. I thought Lightning was stable for small amounts. I certainly can zap without effort. And fill up with moonpay. My First reply. What is a strfry relay? I assume it is a Nostr relay? Brand New Newb here. Strfy relay autocorrected to stirfry relay and brought up recipes. 😄 Stirry relay nostr brought up just stuff about relays and nostr.
guess if I spell right I get the git hub. Never been on twiter X really. I figured these notes would be all text with hyperlinks to other services for video and pictures. How does that work? Does nostr have the bandwidth to host the pics and videos themselves? Obviously not so what did you use to host this video?
