GN Nostr
Tomorrow when I get up I will answer these questions in Writing.
What can I do for 15 minutes to get things done that will take 1 minute or less? (let's lessen the to do list and eventually declutter my mental energy needed.)
What can I do for the next 30 minutes that I can prepare for my day at work that will make my life better and less expensive? (prep convenience that you buy)
What can I do after work for 30 minutes that will help me do something now instead of on my weekend?
What can I do for 1 hour after writing down and completing my list here as a reward and when can I do this?
What is one article I can read for 5 or 10 minutes to Improve on my life and write notes on? (Choose a topic: Social family, Social friend, Financial money, Service, Spiritual, happiness and on weekend come up with subtopics so its easy to choose. Use this to create a habit. Don't do it all, don't stack habits choose something beneficial to your life)
The purpose of this is to create a system to improve, not an iron clad plan of accomplishments. I need to baby steps this, but I realize I also need to put in more than the 11 hours average a day working. I also put in a reward.
I want to see how far I get spending 30 minutes a day on just doing stuff, another hour a day just prepping for the next day(s) and 1 article and 20 minutes a day to give ideas for ways to prep. I am hoping to compound my gains. What keeps haunting me is that even 20 minutes a day seems to be hard to find. I might have to scale back to avoid burnout. But let's not be negative before I start.
If anyone reads this reply for luck. If anyone sees my actions and reports and incorporates it into your life zap me please. Value for Value.
Here is a flower off the internet. The star of this note.
