- There's already Hoopla and Kanopy. Imagine if they had more resources and they could just be superior to Netflix and Hulu in every way, and free.
- Imagine how much violence houseless people could avoid if libraries were open around the clock like some of my old college libraries.
- Libraries of things already exist. Imagine if they were expanded. Imagine if you could get almost any tool you could find at the hardware store, any tabletop game, any game console, laptops, phones, exercise equipment, etc.

I don't think police actively seek combat veterans, just simply that a lot of combat veterans pursue LE because
1. Usually veterans get priority hiring or some sort of bonus on the entrance exam
2. It's the closest thing to continuing on the experience of being outside the wire on deployment, so people who found solace in war can continue to be an armed occupier by being a cop. I imagine that's quite a few people because even though the poverty draft and stuff is a real thing, there are a lot of people who sign up to seek valor.
That's what I've observed from people in my unit and adjacent units anyways.

I think there's another layer added to that when you're outside of the box of cishet femme white womanhood with certain body proportions.
I think most women just want to be seen as beautiful and women. Even those super conventionally pretty trans femmes that are certainly enviable (is that a real word? Whatever I'm inventing it lol) had to reconcile the slow changes of their masculine body into womanhood in the society around them. It's hard to feel pretty when it's hard to even feel like a woman.

Question for #ActuallyAutistic #trans people who have sensory issues around clothing material.
I noticed that before I transitioned, I could only wear baggy jeans, because like the material of men's jeans felt gross on my skin. The denim material in women clothes though seems to be softer and just nicer on the skin. So I don't mind wearing tightly fitted women's jeans most of the time.
Did any other trans fem people notice this? trans masc people, did you notice that it's harder to find comfortable men's jeans?

Okay I'm not a computer security expert by like any means, but I find it REALLY suspicious that an admin, *checks notes*...
- Had the kolektiva database and all the information within it in a plain text state that just happened to coincide with the time that this person got raided by the FBI.
- That also the FBI had the appropriate warrants to get into their computer, and access this information.
- That one would need to put a database in plain text in order to troubleshoot issues with it.

Being trans is cool as shit.
My whole life it's like, I had this yearning for girlhood/womanhood that I suppressed my whole life because I felt like it just wasn't for me. I was a boy/man. I just had to make the best of it.
After learning from other trans folks and getting past the barriers I imposed on myself, I realized that I maybe I wasn't man, and I lived as a nonbinary person, then I realized that maybe I was a woman, and I lived as one. That's so cool.
It's like holding in a big fart your whole life and then letting it go finally lol.
The transmisogyny, and cis people (and occasionally other trans people) sucking is definitely really uncool. This hyperfocused genocide of us is terrible. But I could never go back. I don't want to.
