1) Different wave lengths activate different grow phases. There's a thing called PAR which is how much light the plant gets, etc et al.
2) I ignore all of that because I'm focused on other things. Just make sure you get "full spectrum" grow lights. That contains all the wave lengths and the plant will use what it needs. I get LED strips that are T5 or T8 equivalent (those are old ways to measure florescent lights).
Shoot for a "solid" amount of light. If your plants get "leggy" add more light. If they get burnt, make it less light.
For lettuce, shoot for 12hrs of light and 12hrs of darkness.

The purpose of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel is to end Israeli genocide and apartheid, Shir Hever, a coordinator with the movement, told Al Jazeera.
“This is a welcome report by the UN committee. The divestment is one thing that corporations are obligated to do for moral, ethical, legal and practical reasons. But it’s not just divestment,” he said.
Hever said concerned parties must stop sending weapons or any other assistance that could be used in the war.
“The UN itself does not have the power to force corporations to take actions,” he said. “But states have an obligation to force their corporations to take this action. And also the employees have an obligation. So, this is something new and encouraging.”

Prior to Starlink, in 2016/17 I built this in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. Took me about 5 months to figure out. A cheap solar panel, a couple car batteries in a tool box, and microwave about 200 yds to receivers in n the house. Tried fiber lines etc…and always had power issues. Linked up to a cell tower about 19 miles away, and got ~15 mbps down. Never any downtime in 5 years.
Then Starlink showed up and I plugged it in, kinda sorta pointed a dish up, and had 140 mbps down in like 3 minutes. Still amazed several years later.
