Hilariously, a number of US "conservative" Jews were actually leading the calls on the right to defund the Ukraine war, and I thought it curious at the time. Not the ones I know. In Korea, they are expected to get up first, make breakfast, let husband leave for work, clean up, go to work herself, get home first, make dinner, clean up after dinner while he relaxes, and care for the kids.
I've known Korean men who starve rather than cook for themselves while in the US, so the Korean girls from Korea at the university made them food so they wouldn't starve to death.

In Acts 8, Philip converts and baptizes the eunuch from Nubia. The eunuch was definitely black and served the black queen of Nubia (kandake is the Meroitic term for a queen of Meroe which is in modern Sudan). So, one of the Twelve was led to him by the Spirit and saved him. So it doesn't appear to be an issue of being human or savable. The problems and savagery of Africa go more to the intellectual and emotional limitations of sub-Saharans. Being dumb or low impulse isn't a sin by itself, but it leads to bad decision making, which makes sinful choices more likely.
