I am going to assume she doesn't know she is a character in one of my stories. On the other hand, there is no way I wouldn't know this person is one of my characters.
We would talk about the trials of being an author, talk about music and classical movies. If they broached the subject of being trans we might talk about how that has been for us. I would try to lead the discussion onto metaphysical and Shinto topic and pick her brain.

Depends on what you mean compose. I on occation let a grammer checker try rearranging an awkward sentence. I seldom use exactly what they suggest but on a rare occation it does a perfect job.

If it is at all possible. If it is small I will go back and correct it. Writing in a serial format it is difficult to fix larger things. If I find something like that I will obfuscate and gloss over the problem.

They were head-scratchers. And even those pieces I control seemed dreadfully dry and boring. Like who cares that I use line feeds not returns or that I don't indent paragraphs and use two line feeds.

I fear it will require a new brain. Amoung my many gifts is ADHD. I made it work for me, but prolonged focus is usually beyond me. A good juicy piece of narrative is good. Until I need to look up something. And then we are in for 5+, usually +, of chasing shiny objects around.
