BTW highly recommend plain old chamomile for sleep. Humans have used it a long time and it has quite strong anti-inflammatory properties (can send papers if interested).

tl;dr: for me it took a few weeks to see a drastic improvement to my sleep.
I quit in 2019 (by accident when I got sick and couldn't drink coffee). It takes a while because, as I understand it, your body creates more adenosine receptors when you are on caffeine and I guess it has to get rid of those before you start feeling normal. After a few weeks I began getting really amazing restful sleep and that basically improved everything, including my code!

Yep, why not both? Clients must bid for both connection slots and space in the fixed-size database. The underlying values could be computed dynamically as well, e.g. fixed database size could be based on disk size - if the relay owner adds more disk suddenly there are more slots and therefore they become cheaper.

Relays could advertise their current minimum PoW. Clients then pick the relays with cheapest PoW. This has the effect of distributing demand evenly across the network. Should I write a NIP?
