With the honey garlic fermentation i have not had to "burp" glasses like with kimchi yet.
I think its fine. But make sure You dont fill it up to the top. Leave a finger thickness of air or more in there.

You could try agave syrup 🤔
Its mostly about the sugar and the container being airtight. But honey has antibacterial and antiviral properties. Thats why its usually used.
Its very easy to do. You crush the garlic slightly so it releases its juices then cut it into chuncks (not too small) and put it in a jar. Pour over the honey or agave syrup till its completely submerged 👍🏼 close the airtight container and put it in a dark and rather warm area. Let it sit for a few weeks.
The garlic will become very gooey and sweet (a bit like black garlic). Its amazing!
Nope havent heard of asafoetida. Will look into it 🌞

Kimchi is fermenting happily 🔥 otherwise there is always sth happening in our kitchen. Today we had a creamy mushroom rice soup with celery, carrots, garlic, chili and so on 🥰
I also fermented some garlic in honey two weeks ago 🙏🏼

I have been wearing wide toebox and barefoot shoes since four years now. Best choice ever 🙏🏼 Can highly recommend everyone try it.
Start slow though 2 a week for a few weeks, increase to 3 times a week and so on, before you wear them daily.

Edit: to make this more specific to your goals You could add either Sprinting (for speed), rope skipping (for endurance) or a standing or steated calf raise (for more lower leg development). There are lots of ways to spice up your workouts! 🌶️

Todays Leg workout was a really efficient one.
This is basically all You need to build strong and mobile legs 🔥⚡
1. barbell romanian deadlifts
4x12
2. kettlebell hindu squats
4x12
3. dumbbell walking lunges
4x12
Do this if You are short on time (~30 mins) and choose a weight You could barely do 12 repetions with.
Go for a full range of motion to get the most out of the exercises!
Rest for 2 minutes in between sets.

here is what i would go for! 🎖️💯
1. TRX / Sling trainer / Olympic Rings
(about 30-80)
2. Kettlebells (3 different weights)
I would go for 16kg, 20kg and 24kg but this is dependent on your size, weight and strength
(about 300)
3. Adjustable cast iron dumbbells
Maybe something ranging from 5-15kg,
You can always add weight plates in the future!
(about 120-150)
You can do a lot with that!
Nothing more needed to train your entire body for years to come 👊🏼

to make it short:
One of the healthiest foods You can make / eat!
Lots of Vitamins, Minerals and Probiotics for your gut health to boost immunity and general well being! 😍
Also perfect for Winter since the spice can really warm You up.
After preparation (about 1-3h depending on batch) it takes about 7 days for it to ferment.
You can also let it ferment to up to 2 years!
