This is basically all You need to build strong and mobile legs 🔥⚡
1. barbell romanian deadlifts
4x12
2. kettlebell hindu squats
4x12
3. dumbbell walking lunges
4x12
Do this if You are short on time (~30 mins) and choose a weight You could barely do 12 repetions with.
Go for a full range of motion to get the most out of the exercises!
Rest for 2 minutes in between sets.
