Hung out with a follower last night in Berlin. Conversation was very normal. All of a sudden 4-5 beers deep things get interesting.

Something like this happened during the Trump presidency. A US spies wife killed a teen on a bicycle in the UK when she was driving on the American side of the road. The US wouldn't let her go to jail in the UK.
