Generational labels should only apply when the environment changes.
Boomers and the silent generation are the same.
Elder Millenials and Gen X are mostly the same
young millenials and Gen Z are really different generation because their environment really is different with all the technology.
We'll see what AI does with Generation Beta but if it stays the same as now you can just lump them in the previous group
