Absolutely. 5 years ago I still had cancer, high blood pressure, Triglycerides through roof, fat as f@@k.
I got rid of all pills, lost 100lbs, cancer GONE (Oncologist told me you can't fix cancer with diet). I use a service, functionhealth, that tests my blood every six months w/over 100 blood test and my metabolic age is 44 (I'm 62). I feel younger.
What did I do? Meat based diet, fast 40hrs/week Sunday night to Tuesday noon. Cut out ALL seed oils (takes YEARS to get them out of system). Virtually eliminate sugar, wheat (both poison). Eat AS MUCH GRASS FED meat, ONLY pasture eggs (be careful, marketers lie), as I want. Limit veggies but we eat them - organic ONLY. Fruit is sugar, eliminate fruit except for very limited berries. I will sneak in a glass of wine (absolutely no other alcohol) and a HU chocolate square from time to time! As time has gone on, I'm slowly gettting away from that.

These two books will lead you to another 12 books with 1000s of facts, figures, and history.
It's important to understand no one yet knows exactly how every human body works - but we have a LOT of data and experience to know what does work for most people. And it's nothing like what your Doctor or Government are telling you.

Quite the opposite.
Proof of work prevents the spammers and scammers.
That's why the #Bitcoin network (or world wide computer system - biggest ever) is unbroken in 15 years.
You should read Jason Lowrey's book, Soft War. It's not an easy concept to internalized. I am on my 3rd read through the book. I think the book will have historical value at some point.
I stop in the book when I question something. I research it from other perspectives/views. I have hit some dead ends with Jason where he was 'reaching' but for the most part the general thesis is sound.
From a cellular perspective, a cell eating another cell must have a gain in energy or the 'attack' would collapse life. Proof of work. The cells that do attack other cells without a net energy gain, die - this keeps life progressing with ever more complexity.
Bitcoin brings this same theory to money - or exchange of work/energy between humans. At this point, bitcoin is the purist form of value between humans the world has ever seen.
Proof of work guarantees the strongest miners 'win' increasing the security and scope of the network - driving humanity to the next level. The Bitcoin network is growing like it's an organism evolving in nature - which is why it's following PowerLaws and other naturally occuring physics concepts.
Back to your point, this type of system will stomp out the scammers that are NOT adding true value, either in mining, or through humanitarian benefit in the exchange of Bitcoin for fiat or Bitcoin for someone elses work. Spammers HATE proof of work! 😇

Read Whitney Webbs book, "One Nation Under Blackmail" - it has a TON of history and connections. She's gone a little too far lately, but the book is super good - very detailed, even hard to follow, but eye opening.
Trump never stood a chance. Let's see how it goes second round.
Once elected, he appointed people that were recommended to him, and as has been well documented they kept him under control. This was proven in multiple books.
Pretty good book, "The Deep Rig: How Election Fraud Cost Donald J. Trump the White House, By a Man Who Did Not Vote for Him"
It's a solbering book on the people from inside the room and the influences Trump was under. There was a massive effort to contain Trump - which does not jive with your theories.

Forcing countries to use the US$, like ALL Gov force, will backfire. It will actually drive people away from the US$. I think most reading this probably understand that.
The reality is Trump has no clue what #Bitcoin is or what it's going to do. He's just playing politics to get elected. Someone told him to say add Bitcoin has a reserve so that's what he said.
Let's face it, Trumps most important task is to drain the swamp. Cut the size of Government by at LEAST 50%. Privatize everything and go to a flat tax (eliminating the IRS). He was not successful at that the first time - not even close. So I wonder.
REGARDLESS of who wins, the US$ train wreck is running faster into the side of a mountain. $100,000/second of interest, $3 billion/day in JUST interest on Federal Debt! BEFORE they spend any money! And the debt is still growing by, get this, $2 trillion+ per year!

This is not easy for most people. When we say/do something others have a perception of what we are saying through THEIR experiences.

I think you are spot on. Trump has the history of a shit coiner - he's masterfully used the fiat system to get fiat rich.
We should expect him to 'see' Crypto from his history.
He likely can't see any difference between #Bitcoin and Crypto (which is just digital fiat).

A great goal is to live on what you make today BUT have ZERO debt. Determine how much Bitcoin you need today (or in X years) to generate that income at a 20% compounded interest rate (be conservative since Bitcoin has returned 30%/year).
After you reach that goal, WORK for X years to pay off ALL DEBT. Then you don't need a job.
Keep a small investment account on the side and LEARN how to invest it wisely in good companies (avoid the stock market trading - it's a fools game - gambling). And NEVER buy a lottery ticket or gamble (it's stealing your future wealth).
Boom - you have a plan.
Example: Need $100,000. That's $500K in Bitcoin. You have $200K in debt. So AFTER you have $500K in Bitcoin you work 2 more years to pay off that $200K in debt. Then you are financially independent if you live within your $100K residual income.
You can figure out how many years it takes to get to your $500K in Bitcoin based on current Bitcoin using the Power Law calculator.

It is a fact that Centrally controlled economies ALWAYS fail. China will fail. US on it's current path, will fail.
ALL current socialist/communist countries have significantly less living standards than the LESS centrally directed countries! I say 'less centrally' because we have NO democracy or republics left. They have all gravitated to centrally controlled.
So why?
It's the money. The Government controls the the circulation of money so they can ALWAYS print and enrich themselves (and their doners). Then regulate private business to the point of compliance with Government influenced by special interests monopolies).
Historically this always fails, we go badk to hard money (it's been the gold standard) and representitive republics and democracies re-emerge.
Hardest money the last few thousand years: Gold.
Hardest money today: #Bitcoin.
Bitcoin will win - either soon or the next bust in a 100 years!
Never the less, thank you Reagan for finishing off the USSR. Russia should be thankful too (and I think they are).

Most transactions are through a bank. Because banks have to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) they have access to all transactions with a search warrant for ALL accounts.
There are many stories of peoples accounts being frozen for 'suspicious' activity. I don't think this is the norm. BUT it can be done with the current system in place.
The IRS can take money from accounts, and garnish wages. BUT I think it's quite rare - maybe getting more so but still very rare.
The idea these systems are in place are beyond comprehension to me - why Bitcoin wins with me.

We had 5 kids. 4 are engineers (two ChemE's, Materials, and Electrical) and one a teacher for a year turned property owner (25 owns 3 houses).
All killing it.
When someone asks how we did it I say, "Never do ANYTHING for your kids they can do for themselves."
This includes giving them money when they could have a job. They WORKED for everything. NONE of them graduated from College with any debt - one had $50K in the bank when she graduated from college.
Required to read daily K-12, and did a LOT of homework we gave them outside of school (math and reading).
Were not allowed to have a car until they read "Atlas Shrugged" and gave me a rundown what they heard. And I needed to hear the right things or they would read it again.
If I had to name one thing. Raising your kids to make their OWN decisions. In a round about way we are saying the same things. The question is how do you teach discipline and consistency? The answer is never do for a child what they can do for themselves (which is much harder than it sounds). They will fail from time to time and you can't bail them out. It hurts.

I'm sure this is well intended. But now you have to define 'productive farmland' - and an entire Government Agency will need to be created to define that and 'inspect' the grounds for viability.
As with most regulations - they all sound great. Fair. And righteous.
And down the road they are absused, and used by politicians to control people.
People that OWN their land should be able to do what they want with it. If growing crops is most productive for them, fine. If solar is more productive, that's fine too.

GREAT book, "Psychology of Totalitarianism"
It basically goes through history, much in WW2, about how and why people followed. Some testimony from soldiers that took those orders, and some of their family background.
Deep dive into their mental state. The BIG fear here is not the oppressed, it's when you get enough people 'executing' orders without a second thought about what they are doing. Our society in the West have created education that teaches process, not thinking (thinking like question everything).
Once rulers have the military completely brainwashed, 7 soldiers can easily control 1,000's of passively educated, likely confused and unaware citizens (50%+ in the West). Good people don't believe (or don't want to believe) their outcome under the rule of bad people.
The rulers today in America have indicted/jailed over 30 of their political opponents and you still have people voting for the Elites that contains the prosecutors, judges, and elected officials responsible. Think about that very deeply. It shoudl scare the crap out of everyone.

I don't disagree with you - I think all taxes should be eliminated.
We should pay for what we use. Technology today would allow for this system. For example, all roads would be toll roads. We pay when we drive on them and USE them. That's fair. It's not a tax then, it's a user fee.
If we want to 'socialize' something, let the local community or church raise the money. All state and federal taxes eventually ruin the economy.
Local taxes can ruin the economy too, but you can move to the city down the highway which forces responsiblity.

If you sit down and get OVER the politics of the day, you will find the FAR Left and FAR Right agree on more than what you think.
Take a controversial issue like guns.
BOTH want peace. They don't want people being shot. One believes taking guns stops gun violence, while another believes having guns prevents gun violence. Both are right, both are wrong.
BOTH WANT THE SAME THING.
You can do this for just about EVERY issue the Elites shove down our thoats.
Abortion? Another absolutely divisive issue? Both one LIFE - one for the mom, one for the baby. If you have had to make that choice, you are 'sensitized' one way or the other - it's VERY emotional and should not be in politics. But both sides use the emotion against each other to create division.
EVEN after you read this, on BOTH of these issues if you were strongly one side or the other you STILL won't give in and understand. That's how deep the Elites seat the emotions of hate to THEIR advantage (they get super rich from the division).

Bitcoin is the law - it's a law of physics and math. You don't need human made up laws to run it. Matter of fact, you should read "Softwar" which discusses what laws really are (and are not). I think he nails it nicely.

Matter of fact, you can memorize your keys/words and go ANYWHERE in the world and access your #Bitcoin from ANY wallet.
BUT - a good hardware air gapped wallet with OPEN SOURCE software is a good solution to storing your Bitcoin.

I don't thnk we need central Gov on a hard money standard - #Bitcoin. The ONLY reason for Central Gov on fiat is to defend the country, and fiat is the reason for having to defend the country (due to currency wars which steal resources)!
BUT - if we had to vote on EVERY increase in spending and new program how many would there be? Individuals. Verified paper ballots.
No new Federal Laws or Taxes without a 60% approval of votes (and that's 60% of ALL citizens, not just those that show up).

Local Governments don't go to war with the city next to them.
You need people to group together to accomplish efficiency gains for people - we are far more productive together.
I'm also fine if there are local laws - I can move to the city across the state, or to another state rather easily.

We differ here too.
Violence is the LEAST effective form of power - which is why it's always a last resort.
Government is the most effective way, currently, to get people to do what you want them to do - more specifically money and power.
Violence is the least effective because it destroys 'resources' on BOTH sides of the battle/war. The ONLY reason someone uses violence is they believe the INCREASE in power/resources will be greater at the end of the war than the beginning.
If you truly want no man to be a slave to another, you need to REDUCE the power of the central authority (laws, power, money) or it will ALWAYS rise up against you and control you. As you point out that's what happened in the USA. But it all started with the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913, and was solidified in the 1930s, and then sealed in 1971 when the Gold standard was 'temporary' suspended.
But both our views are valid - this is not easy to figure out because we have never really had freedom before other than brief moments in time. We have become more free as humans over time and we control our OWN property.

Government power decreases significantly w/o ability to create/print money.
People still have to THINK and push back.
But the reality is, ALL war was 'printed' - since the invention of clipping coins.
Welfare is a modern day (last several hundred years) human event. Nearly all humans can add value to other humans w/removal of the welfare state. This does not happen overnight, it can take generations of pain (created by generational welfare).
Also, hard money based on work/energy stored in time gives a LOT of power to the people. So while Government is being stripped of their power, the individual is gaining incredible power. This is happening now - but it's a slow process most don't see.
Furthermore, with real money, those that get rich have to on continue to produce REAL value for others/society or they will lose their power.
The Government 'powers' that promise to protect you from the elites with more taxes and rules/laws historically have 100% benefited - you guessed it - the rich/elites (not the poor). Yet the poor being uneducated and not willing to read fall for it generation after generation.
In the centrally controlled USA economy we have today (along with most of the world), the rich just get richer w/o much/any added value. The Elites understand history - they know how well this works.
This is all very complex. Start with the book, "The Sovereign Individual" which will/should lead you to another dozen books - be sure to read 10+ books on the topic so it really sets in.

I have been fasting for 36-45 hours every week for over 3 years. I get into Autophagy in about 20 hours (I have learned to know when I'm in ketosis and then into Autophagy - after checking bloodwork many times). I'm 62 this year. Wife same age, fasting 3 years too. No problem. Muscle is fine but I'm also in good shape and work out nearly daily (but often not after my second day fasting). I would not go over 48 hours fasting based on the books I have read.
I'm not saying your body 'never' uses muscle to create amino acids during a fast. Your muscles are ALWAYS regenerating themselves so there is a constant replenishment of muscle. What I'm saying is you will not lose your muscles mass intermittent fasting or fasting for a day or two - largely due to the anti-catabolic effect of fasting (see below).
I also believe most of the data out there on amino acids are from companies selling amino acid compounds. Which is fine - I guess if you are a power lifter or your fat body mass is very low, you may need them? They are not going to hurt if you keep calories very low to get the benefits of fasting!
I think this is complicated and we are talking over each other and as the clip below shows, "It depends." Depends on your health, if you exercise, and getting to know your body.
And yes ketones are not a replacement for amino acids.

We have 5 kids. All had phones, no curfews (they set their own based on VALUES WE INSTILLED). Virtually no rules - they set their own - learned to THINK. Required to read book "Atlas Shrugged" as young as possible.
ALL straight A students. No drugs. No problems. Two oldest girls Chemical Engineers, 3rd girl Teacher for a year then business owner (owns 3 homes in her mid 20's), 4th kid -boy Materials Engineer, and last boy Electrical Engineer. All graduated with no debt and shit load of cash in bank when they graduated.
Government does NOT know what's best. BTW - all our kids had heavy exposure to Montessori (self teaching/learning and independent thought).

I wonder if Covid is/was the turning point for people waking up?
Covid was a scam from day 1. It was a set up at the perfect time for elections in USA. It was so clear. In Italy they showed body bag of people (early on) and when you looked at the Ministry of Health website deaths were NOT increasing (matter of fact flu/pneumonia deaths were being decreased as Covid was increasing). This turned out to be the case in most countries. US saw increases in deaths but it was 87% related to fat/metabolically unstable people.
The entire narrative was fabricated if you were watching what was really happening beneath the surface.
We just need more people that START with the thought "Question Everything" - because the information is out there.
Critical thinking is lacking - but it works really well!
NOT being critical of those that got the shot - it's SO HARD right now to know up/down, right/wrong when people are working their butts off chasing fiat/US$.

My opinion is the best marker to watch is the currency trade. Watch the Japan Yen to US$. Actually any G7 country currency to US$, but Japan holds about a trillion in treasury bonds - which will start to get sold at some point.
Third world currencies are already crashing and burning against #Bitcoin and the US$. The US$ being the Global Reserve Currency will likely be the safe haven (least dirty shirt in a basket of dirty shirts) for a while (until Western civilization wakes up and drives the price of Bitcoin and Gold 10X+). This assumes the US$ maintains it's dominance - which it likely will.

A great book on this is called, "The Rise of Carry: The Dangerous Consequences of Volatility Suppression and the New Financial Order of Decaying Growth and Recurring Crisis" by Tim Lee. All the consequences, that are playing out exactly as expected, are explained. It's not an easy read, but it's readable.
When will it all end (and it will)? It's like telling a gambler they have to quit gambling. They keep going until they run out of everyone else's money (can't borrow anymore). No one knows but when it happens, it happens quick. The longer this goes, the bigger the crash (because the ONLY way to keep it going is to keep expanding the bubble).

#Bitcoin has no connections like this. Elites are smart in the system they thrive (fiat money printing, bias laws, corruption, regulation, etc...).
Trump is still an Elite - although he clearly (by actions) cut many off at the knees (why other Elites hate him). There are fractures in the pool of Elites right now - as they lose control more and more.

The tax code is so complicated, we are all made criminals at some point or another. It's ridiculous. If you are a tax paying citizen, you are an enemy of the state.
It's VERY likely Ver did something wrong - matter of fact it's almost guaranteed if they want to get you.
Furthermore, if you give up US Citizenship ALL your assets are taxed at what the Government considers 'fair market value' - which is ALWAYS subjective. So if you have $200K in income/capital gains, and $5 million in assets - you are taxed on BOTH. Basically the US Government seizes your assets as you leave. This should be illegal.

The body will create ketones from fat first - your body does not harvest protein until the very end (which makes sense if you think deep about it). Ketones are VERY good energy source for body/brain. Furthermore, fatty meats are better than lean meats because too much protein can actually raise insulin levels. This is contrary to common Government agency advance today!
I think the best research says if you are fasting, anything over 48-72 hours and you 'could' end up eating into muscle. The wide time span is different metabolism.
But the amino acids in protein (especially red/colored meat) are vital to life - and you can NOT get them all from plant diets (so much supplement). So you are 100% right on the protein consumption!
Great book, "Change you diet, change your mind" - which will lead to several other very good books.

I think this author is looking for a simple connection - and it's deeper than that.

In the second piece, after he reads the book, he makes some great points - again, Jason has not (and can't) close all the gaps.
The macrochip concept - energy grid as a macro computer - he makes the case they are all independent. He is correct, in the literal sense. But on a more macro sense, 'energy' is a global connected force. Energy is the foundation for all of life, civilization, and required for humans to evolve. It's also the base layer of WAR - which connects everything (sadly).
So I think this guy is deep in the details, but off the beaten path.
I would liken it to arguing with a flat earther. They may say something like, "Look out at the horizon - it's flat you idot! Why are you so stupid?"
Galileo Galilei proved the earth was not the center of the universe. But 'common knowledge' church goer at the time (the churches power actually) did NOT like his thesis - too many holes! And they threw him in prison - the average person believed for many decades the earth was the center of the universe! Galileo died confined!

I see where you are going. We just have to disagree.
Jason's work at Space Force (I have read Softwar, twice - great read) has the picture of a deer antlers on the front cover of his thesis. This represents the idea that #Bitcoin is antlers for humans.
Interestingly, humans are the only species (other than monkeys) that kill their own for property/mating rights (you can add in their political power too - but that's just property rights).
Deer fight until the antlers break, and the buck that loses walks away - they don't kill. Even bears don't kill each other.
Jason is making the point that in order to have a war (killing others) you need a GAIN in resources or it makes no sense. Bitcoin make it more costly to go to war than to have kinetic war for property rights (gain). This basically makes kinetic war obsolete.
He deep dives into cell division, and many other aspects of life to make the point.
SO - when you mention 'bitcoin as a weapon' that's not actually accurate. It's a weapon of peace by making property rights indisputable - ELIMINATING the need for war/most other weapons.
It's not quite this simple, the book explores deep avenues. But that's the general idea.

Proof of work - no doubt.
Be sure you get enough protein, especially if you are working out. I did a similar 'proof of work' but cut out seed oils, wheat, and sugar. Mostly protein based with some veggies. Went from 270 to 170 without really dieting - I eat a lot! Many other health benefits showed up too.
Some of the best summarized research I have read lately is from Georgia Ede. Another good follow is Nina Teicholz, who is an investigative journalist turned health researcher. She's done some great work (second link is a talk done 10 years ago).
