One of our favorite snacks is dehydrated apples. Slice them about 3/16" thick, dunk them in water with a little lemon juice, and dehydrate until crunchy.
Remember to store anything dehydrated in an airtight jar, or it'll absorb humidity like crazy and rehydrate and spoil.

Several coats of sanding sealer works ok against humidity, but won't stop spills. Best choice is to replace it with an exterior grade MDF, like Extira. That stuff can be submerged and won't swell.

Back when a "portable" computer ran for a half hour on a dozen flashlight batteries and was heavy enough that you had to remember to "lift with your legs". That was the golden age of home computing.

I might even put up some lighting to ensure the best quality videos. If you're just learning, or buying the gun for someone who is, the Henry H001 is an excellent choice. The lever action is safer than a semiauto for someone who is still learning trigger and muzzle discipline. Great little rifle, it'll shoot any .22 ammo out there - you don't have to worry about it being powerful enough to work a semiauto action. Henry is a superb company that stands behind their products.
Ruger Wrangler is an excellent companion if you're going for cowboy guns.

The one thing that really surprised me, knowing it was written by a Chinese author and probably had to go through a political reader to get approved, was that there's some stuff early in the first book that is quite critical of the Maoist revolution.
But it's pretty great sci-fi that leans very heavily on the "sci".

What's interesting is that the marriage rate has basically flatlined since 2010 or so (before that it had been on a steady decline since the 70s), and the divorce rate has been decreasing. So maybe getting fixed up with a friend's girlfriend's coworker wasn't such a great system after all.
Online dating does seem to have a whiff of sadness to it, but maybe filtering out people you're likely to be incompatible with has some advantages in creating more stable relationships.

I found the house in the pictures with a couple minutes of searching. It's a $10 million property a couple hundred miles north of Vero Beach, in a much wealthier community.

I've long thought that if the evidence of widespread harm becomes too much to keep ignoring and covering up, the politicians will turn over Pfizer as a sacrificial lamb with astonishing speed. They'll claim they were misled and that Pfizer committed fraud, revoke the liability immunity, and Pfizer will be eaten alive by lawsuits almost overnight.

@npub1aem…r94a Yeah, that's pretty much it. If you can get that threaded nipple out of the elbow, you can put in a longer pipe there so the threads stick out of the wall. Most likely that's rusted in solid, so just getting the nut off and replacing it with plastic is the next best option.

That's kind of the whole point of using slip joints, they're supposed to be easy to disassemble for maintenance...

@npub1aem…r94a Yeah, that's a slip joint nut. Hit it with some WD-40 or other penetrating oil and see if you can get a wrench or some channel lock pliers on that nut. You might have to cut out a little of the tile on the front side and get it from that direction, but you can get an oversized trim ring to hide that.

If the content is being promoted or suppressed based on algorithmic rules, there's no way of knowing how much, if any, of a creator's popularity is truly due to the quality of their content, and how much is due to YouTube's manipulation? Certainly there is some merit involved, but I'll bet it's a much weaker factor than you think. Never underestimate the power of the algos.

For a few days there, you couldn't see any X-cretions at all unless you were logged in, but they realized that meant people wouldn't be able to embed them into news stories and stuff, so they made it so you can see the post, but not the replies, and scrambled the X-cretions when you look at a user's profile.
