I've long thought that if the evidence of widespread harm becomes too much to keep ignoring and covering up, the politicians will turn over Pfizer as a sacrificial lamb with astonishing speed. They'll claim they were misled and that Pfizer committed fraud, revoke the liability immunity, and Pfizer will be eaten alive by lawsuits almost overnight.
But that would mean the end of a very lucrative gravy train for politicians and they media, so it's the absolute last, last, last resort.
