What is causing Metabolic Syndrome & Obesity?
Mitochondrial Dysfunction → Leptin Resistance → Fat Storage
This leads to two pathways:
1. Low Personal Fat Threshold → Cannot store more fat → Insulin Resistance → Metabolic Syndrome
2. High Personal Fat Threshold → Can store more fat → Insulin Sensitive → Obesity (Then eventually Metabolic Syndrome)
