I love the evil dead films. The 2013 film by Fede Álvarez is pretty good and I heard the recent Evil evil dead rise had good reviews. Also cabin in the woods is really good, if you watch that one you need to really sit through it because it's definitely a ride.

Depends on the situation. I use it to help move my thinking in my writing. Sometimes I write something and I'm thinking "how can I make it a little better or more clear?" That's where ai comes in. Of course, I do use AI for things I hate doing like looking up code.

Hi Ava, thank you for posting this comment. I was vegetarian for a while, more recently vegan, but now I'm in the in between phase (eating mostly vegan meals but I will eat a piece of chicken or beef). I haven't seen a lot of vegans/vegetarians open about their experience switching between diets, even though that's a reality for many people. I'm hoping to get back to a vegan diet very soon since I felt my best on that diet so far ♥️

I stopped drinking coffee for a while and switched to matcha (still has caffeine). Changed my life. My skin is clearer, I still get the high without the crash, and I don't get the runs in the morning. Because matcha feels lighter, I'm able to take breaks from caffeine for weeks at a time too. Matcha is the best 🍵

I don't get it ether... but I guess if someone will buy from them and bad eating habits are hard to break. I always encourage people to stop consuming fast food garbage, and the prices are so high it's not even worth it!
I stopped eating fast food for a while and when I went back for 1 meal it tasted like crap to me! I don't even crave fast food anymore because it tastes like crap to me now AND I get the runs 💩

I feel this!! The problem right now is that Nostr is structured in a way that forces people to follow individuals (like Twitter), as opposed to communities centered around a specific topic (like Reddit). Although following individuals is nice, I hope to see a future on Nostr where people can more easily connect to relays that are focused on specific topics as well as follow individuals. This may lead to better feeds, or at least ways to filter out relays that you want to ignore for the time being. I follow hashtags but it's not ideal right now. Improving the search function may also help with this.
I too feel compelled to filter out content for my mental well-being. Hopefully as more people voice their concerns then adjustments will be made. ♥️

I completely agree with this! When I first joined Nostr I thought it was weird that I needed to request to delete things. I should be able to have complete control on my accounts.
"Own up to what you said" seems like a method to harass someone for something that was posted previously. Other than Nostr, I use Reddit and every now and then I completely delete my post and comment history. This is to prevent people from reading through my extensive comment history and tracking my identity.

Good luck with your list, looks like a solid plan! I've been meaning to do a summer cleaning/organizing plan myself!
I've struggled a lot these past few weeks with motivation and completing my tasks. I'm an excellent list maker but when it comes to actually getting up and completely goals...that's another story.
Best feeling though is crossing stuff off and that's a huge motivator to keep going 💪

Good luck on your journey! Not too long ago I switched to matcha. It has caffeine, but the side effects and crash aren't as intense. I've noticed an improvement in digestion, skin clarity, and positive feelings from switching. Also, switching to matcha made it easier to reduce my caffeine consumption because it reduced my codependency. I don't feel like I have to drink it everyday and I definitely don't drink it multiple times a day. Matcha has been great and I always recommend it to people who want to transition out of caffeine but still love the ritual of making a tasty drink that gives them that little boost in the morning. ♥️

Is there more information or clarification on this project and how it connects to this paper? I'm really curious about this project and paper, but I don't see how they are related. Is there any videos or presentations??
Unfortunately this paper ain't it. For instance, there were no references backing up the claims, there was not enough information about what was being collected (what areas in the brain are they talking about?? How exactly does this tool work? There are many different types of BCI right?). The results section wasn't a results, the figures were links but I couldn't access them. Also this single case study design was done on the author by the author yes? That's not how you do an experiment because, bias.
I really wish that a scientist was hired to help write and explain these ideas because I think it's really interesting!! Doesn't need to be nature worthy. Maybe a video series would have been better to demonstrate the tool and results. If there's ever a re-write or something I'd love to see it it!
