Good luck on your journey! Not too long ago I switched to matcha. It has caffeine, but the side effects and crash aren't as intense. I've noticed an improvement in digestion, skin clarity, and positive feelings from switching. Also, switching to matcha made it easier to reduce my caffeine consumption because it reduced my codependency. I don't feel like I have to drink it everyday and I definitely don't drink it multiple times a day. Matcha has been great and I always recommend it to people who want to transition out of caffeine but still love the ritual of making a tasty drink that gives them that little boost in the morning. ♥️
