This is kind of unrelated but Its been really frustrating to watch non-canadians misunderstand this situation and think that whatever is found or not found in these excavation sites is the primary evidence we have for the genocide of first nations people in Canada. I agree whatever we're doing with those sites is weird. Like why haven't we excavated all of them?? Couldn't some of the murderers still be alive?
But even if we find nothing in any of them, we have no limit to the evidence of the genocide. This was only one factor.

I can't even use it to format my thesis there's no point getting back into it. I still use it notate figures and such, but I haven't made an entire document in LaTex since my graph theory course (and it didn't go particularly well lol)

I feel like I've never met someone who successfully put their chronically overweight pet on a diet and actually got healthy on it. But I know that the success rate of diets for people is also really low.
I was thinking maybe it's more successful for people since we can conciously increase our exercise too, whereas a lazy ass fat cat is not going to exercise more just because we want it too.
