Yet the government is going to fine the manufacturers, so the manufacturers are going to increase the prices of all their other cars to make up for the fines 🤡
Higher prices for everyone - yay!
Gas boiler manufacturers Worcester and Vaillant have done the same thing because they are fined for all the heat pumps people won't buy. £120 and £95 extra on a new gas boiler 🙄

Arcades were great in our day haha just slot machines and oversized novelty games now on the rare occasions I visit one 😔

A museum is to relabel its display about a Roman emperor after concluding that he was in fact a trans woman.

Shouldn't EVs be kept segregated in car parks for the same reason?

@npub19fy…n5nv yeah I know what you mean, back in the day there were the so-called 'big beasts' un UK politics on both sides who, although you might disagree with or be on the opposite political side of the spectrum, you had to admit actually had some sort of vision for the country and pushed through needed changes.
There days, all they are interested in is vanity projects and the second any group starts kicking up a fuss, they cave with the result that nothing changes

Had to take my father to his GP today for a MMR jab (yes I was surprised too) and they offered him his flu jab as well despite the NHS website saying its not being rolled out yet
Pleased to not have to being him in a second time but the lack of communication across the NHS is worrying (although perhaps not surprising)

Not had a problem yet but there is always a first time... Only issue had been when attract the attention of a group of curious bullocks on the other side of the fence who crowd around and block the stile/gate/footpath
