Crumble:
2tbsp melted butter (& then cooled)
50g sugar
30g AP flour
Dry:
240 AP flour
200g sugar
2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1TBSP corn starch (we did more AP flour)
Zest of half lemon
150g blueberries
Wet:
113g melted butter
2 eggs
125g sourdough starter
45g sour cream (we did 20g raw milk)
5g vanilla extract
1. Make crumble, set to side
2. Wet ingredients: mix sugar & melted butter. Then add rest of wet ingredients
3. Dry ingredients: mix all except blueberries. Then add blueberries
4. Add wet to dry ingredients
5. 350 degrees for 30-35 mins

My little bro (in-law) has been going out to help at some #bitcoin mining sites. He’s young with no real responsibilities, just trying to find his way in life. Over the weekend he FaceTimes to show us his cool ass hotel room and there’s an indoor pool and hot tub (pretty basic hotel, but in his mind he’s living large 😂).
He just sent a text at how grateful he is for this experience & and he’s so excited to keep contributing to the community. He’s having a blast meeting new people seeing new places and learning real life skills. I’m so proud of him & so happy he has something he loves doing.

I have tried over a dozen times to activate my wallet in @npub12vk…pugg and every time it says “unable to complete operation”. The first time I got an email from someone in support saying they fixed the back end problem. It still didn’t work. I’ve tried emailing them back again for help with no response. I’m not sure where to go from here but hoping my fellow #plebs can guide me?
