I have tried over a dozen times to activate my wallet in
primal (npub12vk…pugg) and every time it says “unable to complete operation”. The first time I got an email from someone in support saying they fixed the back end problem. It still didn’t work. I’ve tried emailing them back again for help with no response. I’m not sure where to go from here but hoping my fellow #plebs can guide me?
