I used to play LOTS of basketball. A couple times a week in the men's leagues around our place and then multiple other pickup games at different courts around town. Damn near 20 some odd years. One group of really good players played outside at the local high school courts.. Games started at daylight on Saturdays.. It was a close knit group to which I was a fringe member. They all knew who I was though. It was great getting humbled from time to time by some really talented dudes. Anyway, it was great getting up early like that. All this talk on business tv from Fed Presidents saying they expect inflation to come down towards their (fake) target of 2% over the next couple years. For some reason the talking head asking questions NEVER asks how the Treasury will fund $9 trillion in debt coming due over the next year or so? The real questions are never asked because they, and we, know that printing/counterfeiting our fiat is the ONLY way to fund the debt. Unless you want 90% income tax rates. I think higher fees would be natural as the amount of BTC earned by the miners gets cut in half. Someone has to pay to keep the miners in business. But isn't the mining business getting more diversified, with small mining setups happening in the back offices of small business and using the heat thrown off by the gear, being able to heat your business at the same time?

Here you go..Best thing I ever did.. Alone, start walking.. Head out the front door, or hop in the car, park somewhere. Walk/ jog if you want, Go half hour out, and turn around and head back. Walking gave me the time to clear my mind and really think. Think about whatever pops into your mind? All of a sudden you'll come up with the answer to what you have to do in order to get you through a tough time in life. It's amazing how just jogging as slow as you can jog, over a period of time on the clock gets you in better shape. Even though you're telling yourself to go as slow as you can, you end up automatically speeding up! All of a sudden, you're going twice as far during your hour walk. Go 5 times a week. After 3 months, you won't be able to stop and you're gonna be one well toned human being.

You can exercise every hour of the day, but if you don't stop eating as much, forget it. Shutting your mouth is the only true way you'll EVER lose weight. Training yourself to just eat less is the key. It ain't easy that's for sure. But it works. The body is a great calculator. Calories in had better be equal or less than calories out, or you're gaining weight.

This is the first post I've seen since coming here to Nostr, referencing voting except for me wondering about Nostr being the answer to the fraud.. I think some type of Client, working with a verified trustable organization to take photos of people holding their driver's license, along with a copy of a gas bill, maybe a bank account statement & voided check could do the job. I'll do it!! I can't code one lick though! Kind of a problem. I want younger people than me to live in a Republic, not a mob rule democracy.
