I used to play LOTS of basketball. A couple times a week in the men's leagues around our place and then multiple other pickup games at different courts around town. Damn near 20 some odd years. One group of really good players played outside at the local high school courts.. Games started at daylight on Saturdays.. It was a close knit group to which I was a fringe member. They all knew who I was though. It was great getting humbled from time to time by some really talented dudes. Anyway, it was great getting up early like that. Crisp air to breathe running up and down the court. You'll like the morning time. But 8's not quite early. Try for 7 or so..
