Good morning Nostr, here is my deadlift session from yesterday. 9 weeks ago I had major intestinal surgery removing 17 cm of my large intestion and repairing my bladder. Surgeon needed to make a 7 inch cut in my lower abdomin.
So, yes I am thrilled that I complete 3 sets of 3 reps of deadlifts at 405lbs. I will prove you can make a comeback after 50.
