Someone zapped me last night when I was sleeping. I got notification from Amethyst and Minibits that I received a zap, but Minibits show nothing received.
Any idea what could be wrong? I tested today that I can receive tokens to my Minibits wallet.

Politicians are not our leaders, they're our servants.
Everything they do is at our expense.
Still, somehow over time we've ended up in a situation where many politicians seems to think of themselves as our moms and dads and get to decide our finances with almost zero accountability and visibility.
This leads to some interesting side effects like that if some public activity doesn't work or is not needed anymore, istead of stopping the activity and unnecessary spending of resources (like any sane person in private sector would probably do), governments expands the activity, increase the funding and try even harder. There are countless of examples of them.

No, there have been these same possibilities since the beginning, usability and scalability of arbitrary data in the chain was already discussed in 2011 in bitcointalk forum and abandoned in 2012. Pruning in #Bitcoin works so that when you setup the size you want your chain to be, let's say for example 5GB. Then it won't use more than ~5GB and constantly deletes oldest blocks when syncing so you won't need any external storage.

Think about it.
If I were to send my friend some value now and I would like to use Monero as a privacy tool, how's that going to work?
Step 1: I convert some sats to XMR via some decentralized exchange
Step 2: I send XMR to my friend
Step3: My friend uses some exchange to convert XMR to sats
I think this approach is:
- Costly
- Unclear if it would echance your privacy ar overall
- Time consuming
- Security risk (you would have to deal with technology that offers less assurances that you would otherwise have)
