I'm dubious of you reasoning. What fracturing? The bristles on my toothbrush get bent out of alignment, but they stay the same length. It doesn't take pan-scouring pressure to adequately clean your teeth.

Plastic is nigh inescapable in common food/drink. Eat canned food? The inside of the cans lined in plastic. Water bottles are a source of getting it in you, too. Use a plastic salt/pepper grinder built into the container from the store? There's another source. If you grab produce at a store, you're putting it in a plastic bag which more than likely sheds material. Tooth brushing might contribute a bit, but I'm going to hazard other sources are more at issue for ingesting the stuff.

I prefer watching media in the original language, but I read fast enough that subs don't bother me in the slightest. (watched Squid Game and RRR with subs, too)
I've no issue with dubs if they actually sound good. Violet Evergarden and Delicious in Dungeon were also dubbed great in English but those tend to be the exceptions rather than the rule in my experience.

The story is amazing, but when I genuinely tried watching the English AoT dub later, I couldn't stand it.
In contrast, Frieren was a genuine pleasure to watch the second time with English dubs compared to the Japanese. Took a bit to get used to the actress they cast for Frieren compared to her Japanese counterpart (just a very different sounding voice).

Nope. It's still hit or miss depending on the specific show. For easy recent examples, I offer Demon Slayer and Attack on Titan as examples of bad English dubs.
Spy Family and Frieren English dubs are good, though.

If it's not already on your radar, check out Justified. Superb show. You'll know within the first episode if you'll like the series. The chemistry between the actors playing Raylon and Boyd is phenomenal. 6 seasons and the story is complete. Added bonus is the theme song is catchy as hell.
Don't bother with the sequel miniseries City Primeval that came out last year, though. The last 5min of the final episode were how it should have started.

If you want to experiment further like I will be, I found out about the synergistic relationship between magnesium, L-theanine, gaba, and other gaba agonists when I was listening to this video about estrogen and serotonin. Highly recommend.

I had been supplementing 200mg of magnesium a day for a while, but I did not expect how profound of an impact upping that to 400 could have on my sleep. Realized I had a jar of 400mg tablets my wife never went through, so figured I'd make sure they didn't go to waste. I'd been having issues getting enough sleep for months because of stress with the job search. Last night I easily got 9+hrs just from upping the magnesium dose from 200 to 400.

With the theme of removing garbage products from your life, if you aren't already aware, there's a number of types of floss that have teflon in them of all things. Ihad been using the Glide floss from Costco until this year not realizing that crap is basically just teflon you're rubbing against your teeth and gums. If I'd known what it was made from, never would have used it.
