Plastic is nigh inescapable in common food/drink. Eat canned food? The inside of the cans lined in plastic. Water bottles are a source of getting it in you, too. Use a plastic salt/pepper grinder built into the container from the store? There's another source. If you grab produce at a store, you're putting it in a plastic bag which more than likely sheds material. Tooth brushing might contribute a bit, but I'm going to hazard other sources are more at issue for ingesting the stuff.
