If you want to experiment further like I will be, I found out about the synergistic relationship between magnesium, L-theanine, gaba, and other gaba agonists when I was listening to this video about estrogen and serotonin. Highly recommend.

fwiw, I also take niacinamide, which is a gaba agonist, so it's probably the synergy of those two that gave me such a potent effect.
