Yeah I get what you're saying and its never easy. I don't like going outside, I just force myself to do it every day, much like cleaning the loo or brushing my teeth.
But if you can find a source of motivation that makes you want to do it rather than force I think that's a really good solution

But objectively outside is good for you - sunlight, fresh air, breeze - you can get some of that indoors by opening your windows and sitting in a sunroom, but outside gives you all three and exercise.

I find this interesting at the borders of what is considered "science".
Science is full of "at best this is a bad model" - but the bad model can be extremely useful.
Yes Florence's and Enneagram and Myer-Briggs doesn't stand up to the scientific method - but they can be really helpful for inward reflection and growth.
"Psuedoscience" is term used by weird purists that aren't very good at thinking scientifically imho.

I agree that being "fundamentalist" in regards to truth is dangerous:
No truth means you can never learn from the past (and we'll cycle through feudalism, all types of totalitarianism and even repeat Nazism for all of history).
Believing your truth is the only truth with 100% certainty leads to extreme policy like a church lead state, communism which defines belief and ultimately killing and even genocide of those you disagree with. Ackowledging faith builds true tolerance.

Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying mentioned on the #darkhorsepodcast in recent months that LED globes don't emit Infrared (IR) light. Color temperatures like 2700K may be unhelpful as they have limited light output on both sides of the spectrum. Particularly, the warmer end of the IR spectrum is not emitted by these LEDs.
This could potentially impact human rhythms, which are naturally attuned to the Mid-IR and Far-IR emissions from the sun.
