I agree that being "fundamentalist" in regards to truth is dangerous:
No truth means you can never learn from the past (and we'll cycle through feudalism, all types of totalitarianism and even repeat Nazism for all of history).
Believing your truth is the only truth with 100% certainty leads to extreme policy like a church lead state, communism which defines belief and ultimately killing and even genocide of those you disagree with. Ackowledging faith builds true tolerance.
