I have a sensor to measure my hydration level and it is my left foot. When I am off my feet for a time my left foot becomes very sore, like hard to walk sore. It lasts about 30 seconds or so but when I am hydrated it disappears. It literally will prevent me from running. I keep waiting until early evening to really start drinking lots of water and while it works it also means I will be going pee all night. I have to start hydrating earlier.

Alright, here it is. To make my 2024 miles goal in 2024 I am going to need to pick up the pace here to close out. I need 91km a week. Looks like this weekend will be back to back 20km to get through this week.

By the time I was 35 I had done most of those things but my favorite was rm -rf ing the Jenkins box because I was fighting with it. That felt soooo good and was totally worth spending the rest of the day restoring backups I didn't know we had

It is my favorite story to tell my friends.
So my wife tells me we have to leave by 3 so I am ready by 2:45. There I am in the car waiting for her at 3:10. She finally comes and there we are driving and you know what she says?

There's a Key and Peele skit where the 2 husbands are complaining about their wives. It went something like "and she asked me why we are always late. You know what I said to her?" They then proceed to check the area to make sure they cannot hear them. "I said biiiiiiiiitch you know why we're always late!" "You said that, you said those words" ... "Yeah?"
So there I am sitting in the car because we were running late and once we got under way, my wife asked me why we are always late...

Well, it will definitely take me a little longer. The 10% incline is the same though.
If I'm lucky I will come in in 15 hours but probably more like 20. Wild really when I think about it. Longest I have been out so far is 11 hours

That should be similar grade as my 108k 4800 EG.
Fun fact: if the average over the whole distance is 5% you can expect the climbs to be double since you also have to come down the other half.

I ran marathons when I was younger but now I run/climb mountains and that really only started when I was 45, I'm almost 50 now and I feel stronger and more fit than ever. My best days are definitely ahead of me.

My chest surges like a revving engine if I get down to 48 or so. I can get about 80 when running flat and I'm 50. Using trail math, when I am 70ish I should be doing the same thing at 60

I am currently working on my integ test service. It communicates with a deployed integ-app that has the client to talk to the tested service. Your integration app implements the Test service "Runner API" so it can be told to start the test. We have the scenario run with some initial state. The scenario just has a list of modules to run that use the shared state to get and set what it needs. The same test is used for load testing as well
